Having stayed in this sweet, comfortable cottage last year…a “stones throw” from Nubble Light…was once again PERFECT! Thank you, Phyllis and Steve for your hospitality and quick responses to any questions I had along the way. Lord willing, we’ll be back next year for my Christmas card writing session! Everything about this place is just perfect! The location is unbelievable. The hosts respond immediately and are very accommodating. I would 10/10 stay here again!

Magnificent Views

The cottage was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay. We had a front porch view to the Nubble Light House. The area was bustling with activity which made it great to people watch. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning.

Amazing view from the cottage. Very clean and despite the traffic from the restaurant and light house the neighborhood was very quiet. The WiFi did have some issues with poor connectivity at times and the bathroom door lock seemed to have been broken or jammed. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this cottage for your next stay in Maine.

1st visit to Maine, loved the Nubble light views. A two to three minute walk to an amazing view.Cabana was clean and comfortable, wife loved the landscape flowers. Had a wonderful, pleasant stay.Would not hesitate staying again.Plus, every person we interacted with in Maine was courteous and polite.We will be back.

Beautiful location had a couple visitors just what we needed after losing my mother inlaw a few days before so peaceful being by the water and gave us time to recoup before heading home for her celebration of life

I’m usually Team Hotel but this VRBO definitely changed my mind. I cannot wait to book it again! We were so spoiled to be right near the lighthouse. Walking distance to the Fox’s Restaurant, great parking situation. We loved it. Definitely bring a long charging cable-only critique is that the outlets in the bedroom aren’t ideal.

Lovely Nubble Stay

The cottage was perfect. Amazing views of the ocean and light house. Easy distance to the beaches and restaurants. We had a much needed quiet, relaxing time.

perfect location

we stayed in this cottage while attending a wedding at the viewpoint and it was so perfect and convenient for us. The views are fantastic and you're next to foxes, which is a great lobster spot. 10 out of 10 recommend 10 out of 10 would go back.

My Moms 1st trip to Maine

I knew when I stayed at Zoey’s Cabana back in November with my husband and kids that it would be the perfect place to take my Mom for her first trip to Maine. I was right, she loved the cottage and Maine. It was the perfect little get away.. Thanks again

Wonderful View!

This little cottage was perfect for viewing “my” absolutely favorite place in the world…Cape Neddick Lighthouse- or as we know it, Nubble Light. Cottage had plenty of room for my husband and with another couple would still be spacious. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We always enjoy off season visits to York…little traffic and fewer people. 😁 Thanks to Phyllis and her quick communication.

Peaceful Perfection

This was my 2nd time at this property and I must say it is PEACEFUL PERFECTION!! My husband and I were at our breaking point of stress from work and a year of illnesses with our aging parents. We booked the house for a whole week and watched the beautiful sunrises every morning. We spent the evenings sitting on the benches in front of the lighthouse just listening to the waves crash along the rocks. We were able to decompress and recharge our hearts and souls. The house is just perfect, the front porch provides amazing views as you sit in the comfort of privacy. The kitchen is well stocked, as we made many meals while there. The beds are comfortable and the living room has plenty of space to relax. I can't say enough about how much we love this property. It is also very centrally located. We can be at Short Sands Beach or Long Sands Beach within 5 to 10 minutes. Also very close to many shops and several restaurants. Not to mention Fox's is right next door and has amazing food. And the BEST BLUEBERRY PIE in Maine. 5 stars all the way....book this property you wont be disappointed. Tisha

Perfect seaside escape

I highly recommend Phyllis’ cottage- it’seven better than described, & the photos don’t do it justice. We were delighted with both the location and comforts of the cottage, enjoyed relaxing within, and the chance to do laundry, after several days on the road, as well as the proximity to the lighthouse and neighborhood walks. We cooked for ourselves in the fully equipped kitchen, and also had a delicious dinner at The Lobster House right next door. Do stop in at is Dunne’s ice cream, just up the street (we justified our hot fudge sundaes with a brisk walk over to Short Sands- good for a bit of souvenir shopping too )

Lovely Stay by the Sea

Cottage is exactly what you want from a small seaside stay. Cute, cozy, well appointed. Neighborhood was a bit busier than we were anticipating, cottage faces the parking lot to Fox’s lobster house and there was a lot of traffic in and out and coming and going to the nubble itself. Loved sitting on the front porch in the breeze but felt a little exposed to the cars and patrons.
