Reflections 304 is a tastefully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath Reflections condo located at 4100 Marriott Drive on St. Andrew's Bay in Panama City Beach. This unit overlooks the large, resort-style swimming pool (round section is heated to a comfortable 85-degrees year-round!), beautifully manicured Nicklaus golf course, and St. Andrew's State Park. Reflections also has cabanas and BBQ grills for guest use, is home to Serenity Spa and is located within walking distance to clay tennis courts, the Bay Point Golf Course, brand new Bay Point Marina, and Pelican's Bar & Grill.

This lovely unit has been recently updated and offers almost 1,500 square feet of bayfront luxury living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with expansive views of St. Andrew's Bay, a large flat screen Smart TV with cable and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom is also bayfront and has its own private ensuite with a king bed, large walk-in shower, and his and hers sinks. The second bedroom has another King-sized bed and another full bathroom. Both bedrooms are also equipped with Smart TVs with cable. The living room sofa pulls out into a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. The unit has a full-sized washing machine and dryer. Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.

Everything about this property is wonderful. It fits all of a person‘s needs and then some. Just like anyone’s home (even a hotel room from a major chain), there are minuscule things that you will notice but they don’t matter in the big picture. The beds are comfortable. There is enough room where a family of six does not feel claustrophobic and the view of the bay and pool is spot on.Perhaps, on a personal level, the most important thing to point out is the front bedroom. When you first walk into the unit, the first bedroom with a king size bed is directly to your right. Our oldest son has low functioning autism and does not do well whenever things are cramped. The front room is offset enough That he had his own space where nobody could bother him. I know that has more to do with the floor plan as opposed to the owner, but, the blinds that are in the room are the “country style“ ones where you can adjust the angle by the stick in the middle. My point is, he was able to adjust it to where he had a direct view of the elevator so he could people watch, but they could not see him. also, being off of the elevator provided enough light to where he could turn the lights off in the room and shut the blinds but have enough light where he still felt comfortable.As a former property manager of 15 years, I could pick apart every little detail, but, again, in the broad scheme of things, it is absolutely perfect for a weeks vacation.

Relaxing

My family and I had the most relaxing weekend. I fell in love with this unit at first glance of their pictures. Upon arriving, the place looked exactly like the photos. It was very clean, cozy, homey and relaxing. We had breakfast on the balcony every day with a beautiful view of the pool and the lagoon. It was great timing (in between the spring break and memorial vacationers.

Spring Break Getaway

We had a fabulous time with friends and family. This was the perfect spot for us to swim and enjoy with a 10 months bold and 3 year old! It wasn’t crowded at all. The unit itself was stocked well in the kitchen. Everything was super clean and we absolutely loved it! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Quick Trip to PCB

The unit and property were very impressive. We have been to many units in PCB and this was hands down the nicest. Pool was the highlight of the trip but the private beach was also very nice.

Fantastic view !

Building and grounds were immaculate - wish I would have brought binoculars re golfers, nature, boating activity. Best layout, very roomy ; not like most condos - 12’ wide with mirrored walls to make them look bigger, Exceptional weather the whole month ; forgot all about crap back home. This place , you can’t go wrong ! For the owner in Atlanta - every tap drips, the master needs a new mattress and the kitchen lighting is a joke !

Our daughter, son-in-law and grandson joined us for three of our days there. It was great to all be together. Plus, another daughter, son-in-law and three granddaughters also have home(s) in the Bay Point area. So, so convenient for us. The accommodations were excellent and perfect for us. Thanks, again. And, sorry about my mixup on checkout time(s). Hope it wasn't too inconvenient. Entirely my fault.

Perfect Spot!

I really want to keep this place a secret! We have stayed here a couple of times, but will definitely be back to this exact condo. Everything was updated and super clean. We can’t wait to return!

Golf, Beach and Boat Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and the views are just incredible. We went out of town for the weekend with friends and the guys wanted to play golf and the girls wanted some beach time so this location worked out great. The xplorie package was great as the guys had one free round of golf each day as well. The condo is also walking distance to the Marina where we rented a pontoon one afternoon and went over to shell island. We had a great time and will definitely be back! Thank you for having us!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location I can say that but they did have an ant and roach issue I’m extremely terrified of bugs and when I alerted the property manager terry they were kinda rude and toldMe they wouldn’t have anyone there to spray till the next day which was kinda a issue for me since I’m terrified but nevertheless they did send someone and he showed up with bug spray from Walmart that I could have gotten on my own instead of something industrial to kill them. When I asked for some of time money back due to the problem the property manager wrote a review on me saying I was cheap and looking for a free vacation which that was NOT the case at all but if you don’t have your home inspected and there is a bug issue no one should have to deal with that we were litterly shaking ants from our shoes and cloths there weee that bad in the living room and kitchen area over all the experience was ok it would have been better without the bugs that kinda ruined my experience for me
