Estará encantado cuando descienda desde el nivel de la calle en un tranquilo vecindario familiar hasta su suite a nivel del jardín que se abre a un cinturón verde arbolado maduro a lo largo del popular sendero Burke-Gilman. Abrirá su entrada privada para encontrar un apartamento encantador y espacioso, que ofrece dos cómodas habitaciones. Tendrá que decidir si se hunde en el cómodo sofá para disfrutar de la televisión de pantalla grande con cable, siéntese cómodo frente a las ventanas del piso al techo para beber en la serena vista de árboles, pájaros y el lago Washington a lo lejos, o cocine un Comida gourmet en la nueva cocina bien equipada. Tus invitados se relajarán y conversarán en el bar mientras creas, luego podrás compartir tu generosidad en la mesa del comedor o al aire libre en tu terraza privada.

El primer dormitorio tiene una cama king size, un gran armario y un escritorio donde puede iniciar sesión a través de Ethernet o wifi y trabajar o navegar en paz y tranquilidad. El segundo dormitorio tiene una acogedora cama queen size, almacenamiento conveniente y una gran ventana que da al jardín arbolado. Esta habitación está junto al baño completo con bañera y ducha, tocador independiente con mucho espacio de almacenamiento.

Usted tiene su propio cuarto de lavado, completo con cargador frontal, lavadora y secadora de alta eficiencia. Su suite siempre será cómoda, con nueva calefacción de gas natural y aire acondicionado central. Usted y su familia siempre se sentirán seguros con su propio sistema de seguridad.

This was our second stay here. The space is comfortable and beautiful. Ron is a wonderful host. Our granddaughter was so excited that we were returning to this place so she could have s’mores again! I am sure we will return. The location is excellent. Walking distance to a grocery store and right on the Burke-Gilman trail.

Apartment was on ground level of 3 story home. Very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Owner was on property and did a thorough job of showing all the amenities and where everything was. Nice hiking/biking trail just behind the home. Great location in nice neighborhood.

We travel to Seattle a couple times a year and this is always our first choice VRBO to rent. We love the location, the unit is always immaculate and stocked beyond everything we need! During this recent stay we enjoyed using the outdoor space to grill dinner and hang out around the gas firepit in the evening. Additionally, we had spent the previous week traveling in CA, so the full size washer and dryer was a great perk! Extremely reasonable price for the unit and everything that comes with it!

Our stay was wonderful! The place was incredibly cozy and spotlessly clean, and we felt right at home the moment we arrived. We were surrounded by beautiful scenery and lush greenery, creating a perfectly serene escape.The backyard was a highlight, a true oasis where we enjoyed a wonderful barbecue. We also loved the small, thoughtful touches, from the active bird feeder to the inviting ground fire pit, which made our evenings extra special.The host was truly a gem—so wonderful and incredibly generous. Their attention to detail was evident everywhere, making our experience feel so personal and cared for. We can't recommend this place highly enough!

The Urban Woodland Retreat was the best vacation rental my family and I have ever stayed in! The condo was situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with the most amazing backyard. It was very clean and well stocked with great amenities. It was tastefully decorated with artworks possibly from Ron and Linda’s travel adventures. They thought of every detail to make their guests feel right at home. If we are in the Seattle area in the future, we would definitely book again! Thank you for your hospitality!

The location is a huge bonus, but it's really the thoughtful hospitality that the hosts provide that keeps us coming back. Perfect Seattle stay for a small or couples. The area was nice, close to University, parks and pretty easy to get downtown. Beautiful outdoor deck overlooking woods with lots of birds. Place had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing.

This property had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay plus a few lovely extra touches. I have never had a host walk me through the property before and Ron was friendly with a quick tour that helped us settle in faster. Above all I loved sitting on the deck with my coffee in the morning. You know that there is a busy road on the other side of the trees as there is a light hum, but you are nestled in a serene spot where you can slowly wake up in the morning. I wish I could have this everyday!

Seattle Excursion

Seattle was a short stop on our way to Vancouver for an Alaskan cruise. The VRBO was absolutely spotless, well stocked, and had a beautiful view. The host Ron was accommodating and responsive to all of our needs. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Fourth!

The property was spotless. The owner was readily available and helpful with everything. While it was a little ways to the city center, we used rideshares and the light rail seamlessly. I would highly recommend this adorable two bedroom to all. Thank you Ron for a great stay!

Ron (property owner) clearly takes great pride in this unit. Communication before our stay was great and this is a well maintained property in a convenient location. The property is well stocked and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Property is beautiful! Brand new carpet and everything looks brand new!! Outdoor porch is so comfy to sit and enjoy the outdoors! Every amenity thought of from complimentary drinks, cooking spices, s’mores, toiletries, etc!!! Even a makeup mirror for the ladies!!

I hate to say wonderful things about this place as I want to keep it a secret. It is amazing - from the location to the amenities and to the beautiful woodland backyard. There are so many things I could point to as examples but our favorite was Ron had a s’mores kit ready to go for when our granddaughter visited. We will be back!

Greenbelt Hideaway

Nestled at the bottom of three flights of stairs, this cozy little apartment opens out onto a beautiful lush patio, which in May was filled with flowering shrubs. Gorgeous. Spotless does not even approach describing how clean it was. Great spot.

This was our graduation trip to Seattle. The property was located just close enough but far enough away from the UW campus. A wonderful oasis amidst the chaos of grad traffic. The property is immaculate with a lot of amenities. Loved the garden (though we didn’t use the fire pit or barbecue). Great to have two rooms that were separated from each other. Ron was a great host and explained everything to us during check-in. He checks in once in a while which was appreciated. Would come back if we ever have an event in Seattle.

The location was perfect for our plans with our daughter at UW; and the neighborhood, yard and proximity to the Burke-Gilman Trail was just perfect for us! The unit was clean, beautifully maintained, and was stocked with everything you can think of in terms of what you might need or forget- including cold beverages in the fridge! I have never stayed at any other VRBO that included so much to make you feel at home. That’s all because of Ron, the host/owner, who couldn’t have been more friendly, accessible or accommodating! Hope to find this property available again for a future stay.

Amazing place! Amazing host!

Probably the best stay I’ve had in a long time! I want to be selfish and keep it all to myself but I won’t. There were more amenities than I’ve had anywhere else. We were immediately impressed with the host and property. So much so that we extended our visit. We ended up staying in more than going out into Seattle because we liked it so much. Stay here, you will love it!

As your host, Ron, I have decades of experience in hospitality, as the owner of one of Seattle's most beloved restaurants. I expanded into home renovation during 2010 as general contractor as my wife and I brought our 1967 home into the 21st century. We updated every inch of the home and are comfortable on the first floor of this three story home. We especially love the location, the feeling of being in the forest as we gaze out on the wooded garden and watch the birds.

We have lived in Northeast Seattle for years, but especially enjoy this home for its tranquil setting combined with easy access to everything we love. We can be in the Cascade or Olympic Mountains, on Puget Sound, or the San Juan Islands in no time. Our community is diverse, urban, literate and comfortable.

We adopted the Pacific Northwest as our home many years ago, have raised our children here, and are now ready to share our community with visitors. We trust you will leave Seattle as smitten as we are!
