+ The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

+ NO SMOKING ALLOWED of any kind. Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 and cancelation of booking.

+ PARKING
The signage on Wade St for parking can be a bit misleading as it states "Non Permit, Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm"! We interpret that to mean that, from 9a-5p, you are able to park on Wade St by paying using the Cincy EZ Park app. You must enter Zone #13023 and can pay for up to 3hrs at a time. From 5p-9p, residents w/ parking permits are able to park on Wade St without paying. After 9p and up to 8a from Mon - Fri, you may park on Wade St and do not need to pay. IF THIS WAS CONFUSING TO YOU, JUST AVOID PARKING ON WADE ST!

Download the Cincy EZ Park app to pay online (also makes it easy to reload and pay to add more time). The meter costs $1.50/hr and usually lets you pay for up to 3 hours at a time.

In general, here are the parking enforcement rules:
8a-9p, Mon - Fri
9a - 9p, Sat
2p - 9p, Sun

PAY ATTENTION TO THE SIGNAGE.

+ Right across the street is a 3CDC lot. You must pay for parking using the QR code posted in the lot signs (the easiest and simplest option, in our opinion)
+ 1229 Elm St (7min walk)
+ 1310 Elm St (Washington Park Garage, 8min walk)
+ 1429 Vine St (3CDC Parking, 8min walk)
