Our host was very welcoming and her communication was amazing! We had a self-inflected mishap that we reached out about in the evening and got an immediate response an assistance. We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable, smelled great, and had everything we could possibly need. I absolutely recommend staying here!

This place had a great layout in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for us and our dogs. The house was clean and there was plenty of space. There was a nice backyard for the dogs.

Christmas stop

We spent one night at this gorgeous house on our way through Amarillo with our two dogs and kids! We was headed to New Mexico. The price and location was perfect for the at home feeling.

Perfect

Perfect place in Amarillo! Would definitely stay there again! Location was excellent. Close to the canyon, The Big Texan, and Cadillac Ranch. Place was clean and host was wonderful.

Great neighborhood close to everything we needed. Host was responsive. House is newer and in excellent condition. Great $$$ rate as well. Would definitely return when coming through Amarillo.

Great Family Home

1-800 is a beautiful family home in Amarillo. It is newly remodeled with all the latest updates. It is also very close to restaurants and shopping. We will stay again the next time we are passing through Amarillo.

Waygoods Family weekend

The property was new, clean, and very inviting! It was almost perfect for our family weekend with two exceptions: 1. The beds were not comfortable (hard and could feel the frame through the mattress) 2. There was a grill on the back patio but no chairs or table or any place to sit.

Good stay but could use some work

House was nice the only problem we had was all of the vents and the fans were really dusty. The tubs were dirty we had to clean them before we were able to bathe our infant. We also noticed little nails where the carpet ended and floor stared which we didn’t like since our infant is crawling he could of hurt himself. We also noticed two wet spots in the carpet as soon as we came in. We would stay here again and if we would see these things fixed our stay would be perfect

Felt like a bare-bones hotel

First the pros: We had no issues with check-in, and the property was clean when we arrived. It is in a nice area, and could easily accommodate three couples. Now the cons: The furniture and set-up was cheap, uncomfortable, and terrible for visiting. Given the problems with VRBO, etc. the only reason I'd choose them over a standard hotel is to have a common area to hang out with my fellow travelers (in this case, our son, new daughter-in-law, and 3-year-old granddaughter), but this home really wasn't set up for that. The living room had one tiny, cheap couch that could not comfortably seat three adults, and there was no additional seating. One of the arms was partially caved in. All of the dining room chairs were too high to hang out in comfortably. The dining table could only seat 4. There were also 2 seats at the bar that were much too high for eating comfortably. These high seats weren't great for our granddaughter, and we could not find any of the children's dinnerware that was mentioned in the listing. The bed in the primary bedroom was similarly cheap. It squeaked and rattled all night with every little movement. I didn't ask our kids about their bed, but I'm guessing it wasn't much better. I would not choose to stay here again.

The communication with the host was great. The location of the home was the perfect distance from the Wal Mart. There was detergent for us and bathing soaps. For sure eat at the Coyote Bluff Cafe. Its close and good.
