Exclusive Single Family Home, private, electrically heated pool, close to beaches.
3 BR, 2BA, 6 people, garden, covered outside dining area.
You will find 3 bedrooms, a living room with separate dining space and 2 bathrooms on one floor. In the living room, there is a fireplace and a Smart-TV. Free WiFi throughout the house. In the pool area you can dine and relax under a covered seating area, your food prepared directly on the BBQ next to it.
From the caged pool area you have a view of the North Creek and our boat dock. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, stove and oven, coffee machine, juicer, slow cooker and much more. In the laundry room there is a washing machine and a dryer and in the 2 car garage you will find beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler.
There is a pet fee of USD 50.00 per week plus 13% taxes.
The electrical pool heat is optional and will be charged with USD 100.00 per week plus 13% taxes with a pool heater setting to 86°F. Please let us know if you want the pool heated with your booking so we can make sure to have it heated upon your arrival.

Creekside Paradise is truly a paradise! The house is exactly as described and pictured. The pool is fantastic and the chairs poolside are very comfortable. We spent the majority of our time outside under the lanai in the screened pool area. Werner and Sabine have thought of everything! Very gracious hosts. Would love to return!

We had a fantastic stay and were genuinely sad to leave. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week away. We spend a lot of time enjoying the pool and lanai. The location was great for exploring Osprey, Venice, Sarasota, and the surrounding areas. The place felt very peaceful and relaxing, a lot quieter than is it back home. The home was spacious, well-maintained, and made it easy to settle in and feel at home. The backyard is not fenced in, so keep that in mind. Also the pool does not have a handrail, and the first step down is kind of steep, so just be careful.Check-in was simple and everything was exactly as described. We will stay again in the future. Also, I would recommend requesting for the pool to be heated, unless you are fine with the water being kind of cold. I wish we would have done that, but we still had a good time in it.

What a wonderful home to stay in for our Florida vacation. The kitchen was well stocked to meet our needs. The beds were all very comfortable. We had lots of space to relax, unwind and visit with family. The enclosed patio and pool were perfect for the hot afternoons. The location provided a short drive for our favorite restaurants and beaches. Definitely hope we can stay at Creekside Paradise next time we visit the area.

The property was great. There were 3 adults in our group. We had everything we needed for a week-long stay. We were conveniently located within driving distance to several beaches. Publix is close for groceries. We did deliveries from Walmart and Sam’s on arrival day. The house is well stocked on everything: beach towels, floaties, kitchen utensils, small appliances in the kitchen, dishes and pots and pans, etc. The master has a very large jetted tub and spacious walk-in shower. The kitchen and dining area have plenty of room. We cooked almost every meal for the week without any issues. The pool is very private and we enjoyed relaxing in it after hot, sweaty days at the beach. We did not have any problems, so we did not really interact with the hosts other than to tell them we’d gained access to the house and when we left. The hosts have a nice binder with all the normal “house rules” and places of interest. The only issue was all the info on the places of interest was in German without any English translation. We just used google and kept it moving so not a huge deal. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

Great house and a great stay

This very clean and. Dry well appointed home was the perfect rental for my family’s holiday. We have extended family 30 minutes north and other family 30 minutes south, so between that and the 12 minutes to the beach, the location could not have been better. We will absolutely stay here again.

Just got home from our weeks stay at this property. The house is exactly as shown, stocked with everything needed for a perfect stay. The pool was wonderful, location is good and neighborhood is very quiet. Very clean and decorated beautifully.

We loved the location of the accommodations. With easy access to Sarasota and Venice. The holiday home was comfortable and spacious, with everything needed for great holiday. The pool area felt like being in the middle of a tropical forest, especially in the mornings when the birds were in full song.Very happy with the help and communication from the Host Sabine. The house was wonderful, and it had everything we needed. My only negative thing I have to say is the couches were so uncomfortable. We brought in the patio chairs and used them.

All You could ask for

This was a well equipped home with good beds, lots of towels, beach and pool items and a well stocked kitchen. Having your own private pool was just heaven. The setting is beautiful with tropical landscaping and beautiful birds to listen to. Sabine is a very responsive host who respects your privacy.

Outside entrance needs to be cleaned and painted, landscape trimmed. Pool area pavers need to be thoroughly cleaned(mold). Pool entrance needs a hand rail, steps are high and hard to manage. Slipcovers and curtains need replacing.

Thank you for your review Robert. A whole house painting is scheduled (including entrance). Same with the pressure washing of the whole pool area, which should take of the dirt (not mold) again. The sofa slipcovers are washed after every stay and I will have a look at the white curtains as well and will take care of that. Thank you again for your input. Sabine

Werner and I just recently sold our company 342 Vacation Rentals which managed about 40 properties. Bayside Paradise and Creekside Paradise are our private houses which we decided to keep as vacation rentals, because we do have so many returning guests asking for it. We own property in Florida since 2003 and eventually moved to Florida in 2012 (Sabine from Germany) and 2016 (Werner from Switzerland).

It is a quiet neighborhood, very close to the beaches of Siesta Key and Nokomis. Grocery stores are just around the corner, so are the cultural highlights of Sarasota and Venice. Legacy Trail is very close - you do not have to cross US41.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Privacy in the backyard, very well maintained building, high end furnishings. Boat dock to the North Creek where you can launch your kayaks or canoes to get to the beach through the newly opened Stump Pass.
