Welcome to Sandpiper Shores, in the Heceta Beach area of Florence, Oregon. This stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath, sleeps 9, home offers peek-a-boo ocean views and wave sounds from the upper deck. Lower deck to grill with lawn for kids to play. Close enough for a short walk to the beach but a bit sheltered from the coastal winds.

We are dog friendly. Just 100 feet down our road, the local hobbit trail is a 7-minute walk, leading you to miles of beautiful sandy beaches. Heceta public beach access is also 1/2 mile away with public parking.

Sandpiper Shores boasts a great location, conveniently situated only 10 minutes from the historic Old Town of Florence with restaurants and shopping.

THE SPACE

The house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a kitchen, and a family room with couches, a 50" TV, and access to the back deck and lawn. The family room has a queen sofa pullout.

One bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath is downstairs. Upstairs has the 2nd full bathroom, the master suite with a queen size bed and another deck with ocean views, and the 3rd bedroom with 3 XL-Twin beds. Pack-n-play for toddler and infant setup and high chair.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals (no dishwasher), with a Keurig duo coffee machine for k-cups or drip coffee. Washer and dryer onsite and some games and beach supplies are available for our guests. Air conditioning is in the family room only, and 2 fans are provided. 50" Roku TV with YouTube TV subscription provided.

Great top deck for viewing sunsets or yoga and a private backyard with a 2nd deck off of the family room, a barbecue grill, corn toss and lawn bowling. Please no parking on our rear lawn- that is our septic system. Driveway parking only, can fit 3 midsize cars. No parking under the carport.

Strong Wifi throughout the house and both decks with a mesh network and 500 Mbps Internet for streaming and remote work. Verizon cell service works best in the area, but you can enable wifi calling if needed.

There is parking for 3 midsize cars in the driveway or 2 Large SUV’s. No parking under the carport or on the back lawn- that is our septic system. Pull into the driveway slowly and be mindful of the 3 parking railroad ties (near carport and rear lawn). There is no street parking. The neighborhood is a peaceful beach community. Please drive slowly on our road- many children at play and walkers. The home sleeps 9.

We have one outdoor security camera in the front driveway facing toward the road. It will be on during your stay.

The local hobbit trail to the beach is about 100 feet away from the front door and approximately a 7-minute walk. It is not strenuous, but if a trail and dune walk is not for you, public beach access with parking is at Heceta Beach County Park, a 1/2 mile away.
