At the Bunkhouse at Circle O Ranch the whole family can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful scenery of small town Missouri. Spacious bedrooms, a recreation room, large televisions, a fire pit, swing set, waterfall, big yard, grilling area, and animals are just a few of the many perks of our home. Our secluded property is perfect for relaxing and making lasting memories with family and friends. Take a short drive to the famous Laura Ingalls Wilder Historic Home and Museum, SMORR, local restaurants, or the Baker Creek Pioneer Village.

Our property is a great place to take in nature, dip your feet in the creek, see the horses, play corn hole in the yard, or make smores around the fire pit. We also have a recreation room with board games, books, a Play Station 4, and a television. There is plenty of space to sleep comfortably and take in the beautiful scenery through our large windows. A full indoor kitchen, outdoor grilling area with patio seating, fire pit with chairs, and double dining tables are perfect for family meals and conversation. There is also plenty of parking space for trucks, trailers, etc. Check in is quick and simple with a keypad lock. There is something for everyone to enjoy at Circle O Ranch.

This is a magical setting to truly get away from it all! Fireflies, friendly horses, endless trees... so beautiful! Spacious rooms, comfy beds, amazing views. The closest town, Mansfield, boasts not only the Laura Ingalls Wilder museum but also a classic old-time town square, complete with soda shop & bookstore. Highly recommend for anyone looking to press "pause" on city woes.

A perfect spot for our family

A perfect spot for letting the kids play & for rest!The kids spent a lot of time outside on the swing set, we played in the creek, & enjoyed the waterfall!The adults enjoyed the comfy living room!There was plenty of room for our extended family!

The Bunkhouse

Stayed 3 nights for our granddaughters HS graduation in nearby Hartville. Had the celebration party at the Bunkhouse and it turned out great for such an event. Big yard for the kids and games such a corn hole. Very comfortable house and front room area for a crowd. We especially enjoyed the deck area and the unique birds we were able to detect from there. The bedrooms, bathrooms and all were excellent. I would recommend some outside maintenance upkeep on the wood retaining walls holding the front landscaping in place as its about to break and potentially loose all the soil that holds the bushes in place beside the stairs. Same with the flower area on the other side of the pumphouse. Overall a 5 star stay that was wonderful for our purposes all the way around. We will have additional graduations soon and hope to be able book the Bunkhouse stay again in the future. Very good communication with booking and very relaxing stay.

Family Christmas Weekend

Best place we have had for any of our Christmas weekends. Owners were quick to respond with any questions we had and everything around the place was as advertised. We are already talking about renting again next Christmas.

Weekend getaway

Absolutely loved this place. Rooms are big and comfortable. If you want seclusion this is the place for you. Owners/cleaners are extremely honest. I left a few important things and was contacted immediately. Was able to meet up with them and pick up my stuff. Will definitely be going back with the family.

Perfect for a family getaway

We had such a lovely stay! The house is very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife everyday and hanging out on the deck. The kids loved playing in the gameroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family-friendly property in the Ozark hills!

Our large family (7 kids) met up with my parents for a week in the Missouri hills, and we were not disappointed with this house. Lots of space for kids and two couples. The bunk room worked out great for kid space, and we loved having enough dining table space for all of us! The space to run, the swing set, looking for cool rocks in the creek bed, and visiting the horses were all highlights. You will be driving on dirt roads, but our 15 passenger van and my parents' low clearance hybrid both managed without trouble because it's pretty well maintained. Our only issue lay with wifi that was basically nonfunctional, but the host did give us a heads up, and I expect it's been handled. Would highly recommend this place for large groups looking for a quiet retreat in the Ozarks.

Family Vacation

We loved everything about it! We had 6 adults & 4 children & there was plenty of space. It was secluded and peaceful, the kids loved the bunk beds, feeding the horse, & making s’mores at the fire pit! Would definitely recommend!

Family trip to SMORR

The property was more than we expected! It was perfectly set up with the 4 bedrooms. Tons of space for our 38 foot gooseneck trail and a camper. We will definitely be making a trip back and this property is on top of our list. We had 9 adults and 2 infants and we felt like we all had our own space. The host was very responsive. The waterfall feature was our favorite and we also enjoyed the fire pit almost every night.

Reunion getaway

Spacious rooms with everything to make us comfortable. Kids loved playing inside and out. Beautiful grounds and scenery. We stayed here to be close to Norwood, where we attended a long overdue family reunion.. Would rent again if we have the chance and are in the area.

Our property is unique because it is large enough for large groups or families, but still has the quiet, secluded, cozy comforts everyone wants. A waterfall enhances your patio grilling experience. There is ample opportunity to enjoy the serenity of nature, catch up with friends around the fire pit, play games with family, or cozy up for a relaxing time. Another unique feature is the farm animals. The horses are named Jack and Taz and love attention and carrots.
