Hermoso condominio en planta baja de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños cerca de la piscina más grande de Nápoles, cancha de pickle ball, 5 canchas de tenis y shuffleboard. Hermoso piso de baldosas en la cocina, comedor, baños y nuevos pisos de madera de bambú en otros lugares. Barra de cocina para sentarse para su desayuno y 2 televisores con cable. Winterpark en temporada alta ofrece muchas actividades como yoga, aeróbic acuático, noches de bingo, fiestas en la piscina, tarjetas, etc. Es una comunidad muy solicitada para compradores e inquilinos.



Winterpark es la comunidad de vacaciones perfecta. Todos son muy amigables; puedes andar en bicicleta por el parque excepcionalmente bien mantenido; Está lujosamente lleno de palmeras y vegetación.

Estacione justo en la puerta y entre en el condominio a través del filtrado Lanai, donde podrá disfrutar de su café y papel de la mañana o un cóctel por la noche con su amado.

Muy cerca se encuentra de compras en la moderna 5th Ave, restaurantes, la tienda de comestibles Publix, Starbucks, el zoológico de Naples, los Everglades para emocionantes paseos en hidrodeslizador, las playas de la costa del Golfo y el muelle de Naples (a 5 millas de distancia) para ver la puesta de sol.

Lori and Bob are fantastic hosts everything was immaculate and very welcoming.Everything we could have needed was there for us. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and have all intentions of returning. All the neighbors were very friendly and helpful in finding locations to check out. The pool was amazing and now understand why it’s listed as the largest in Naples. Thank you very much for sharing your home with us and wishing you both a blessed New Year

Great holiday!

The condo is located in a very nice community. We could enjoy ourselves in spite of the terribly hot weather. It was our first time in Florida in the summer and we were really shocked at the heat. The air conditioning in the condo was a blessing. We had some little issues with the internet and a shower head but Lori was always there to help us solve them. The property is as advertised and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our only regret, which is more to do with Naples than the condo itself, was that most of the beach parkings are reserved for residents only, and in the few streets that will allow visitor parking, you must pay U$5 per hour. We didn´t mind that much because we just went to the beach a couple of times as it was so hot, we preferred to enjoy the swimming pool, which was awesome! We would definitely stay again!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. Deze condo is heel schoon en ruim en heeft alles wat je maar nodig hebt. Goede bedden en badkamers. In de keuken is ook alles aanwezig. Wij komen zeer zeker terug.

The unit lived up to its pictured presentation. For me and my wife, it was perfect in every way. Location to shops, restaurants and beaches was very convenient. The Hostess Lori is so easy and pleasant to communicate with. It made us sad to leave. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you Lori for sharing your lovely home in Naples with us.

House Renovations

Stayed at this property while my house is renovated after being damaged during hurricane Ian. I have not one negative thing to say. In fact, I could live here the rest of my life. Love it!!

Very comfortable accommodations. Just like home

Great central area once we figured the area. Our usual stay was in Bonita beach which we loved. This was pretty close to it.

Fabulous Property and Location

I stayed here 2 months and honestly, this condo is wonderful; beautifully equipped and furnished (the photos really don’t do it justice). I found it very quiet and spent many evenings reading on the lanai. The pool is huge and heated and whilst there were always people to chat to, it was never crowded. Location is ideal, 5 minute drive from downtown with a supermarket and pharmacy minutes away. I hardly drove whilst there and used the bikes provided to get around, it was so easy. The host was great to deal with and without doubt I would stay here again.

Great stay!

Lori is an awesome host! Great communication and is quick to respond to her guests. The condo is clean, well stocked with just about anything you could need for vacation, and in an excellent location in Naples. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Good choice

Well appointed and well stocked spacious condo in a convenient location in Naples. There is a cute little lanai surrounded by foliage that is a great spot for morning coffee. The designated parking spot is located right outside of the condo door. We were impressed with the owners and their quick response to inquiries. The amenities looked great, but due to Covid they were shut down and we were not able to use them. We definitely recommend this rental.

Apartment was fully stocked with every necessity and instructions for guests complete in every way. Even though the apartment was located furthest from Davis Blvd. of the 4 or 5 in the block, some traffic noise was still heard.

perfect holidays

We had a wonderful holiday. Lori answered all questions very quickly and in the condo you will find everything you need. It is very clean and tastefully decorated and you can reach everything very quickly. The pool is huge, clean and mostly empty. Great location , clean and comfortable

We stayed Dec 2018 and January 2019. Great location close to shopping, restaurants, downtown and the beach. Lots of extras in the unit like bicycles, beach chairs & umbrella, tennis rackets and pool toys. We had a fantastic time and felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property. Clean and comfortable, well supplied and appointed.

We really enjoyed our month at the condo. We were comfortable in the unit and enjoyed the lanai. It’s a short walk to the pool which is the largest in Naples. The unit is conveniently located within walking distance to groceries and restaurants.It was a short drive to Tin City, 5th Ave, 3rd Street and Naples Pier beach. The owner is helpful, friendly and responds promptly to questions and inquiries.

Bob and I ( Lori) welcome you to our condo. We live in Canada and have one grown daughter, and Bentley our grand doggy. Lori is a retired minister and Bob has retired from his career and now works part time at a funeral home. We love Winterpark and know you will too. We bike, swim, play tennis and relax. We enjoy going down to 5th Ave and browsing the stores or eating outdoors in one of the beautiful cafes. Thrift store shopping is a must in Naples since there are so many to shop at and so many good buys!

Winterpark is close to so many amenities and things to do like the beach, 5th Ave shopping and dining, Naples Zoo and the Everglades. The condo is close to the pool and tennis, is spacious and well stocked. Naples is a beautiful lavish area. The roads are so well laid out, marked and maintained.
