The townhouse features an open concept floor plan that turns the main floor living area into one unified space perfect for bringing your family and friends together. Dining room table seats 8 people comfortably, two kitchen bars, TV living room and fireplace space all join for a large gathering area. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and is perfect for privacy. A loft entertaining area and two additional bedrooms are located on the second level. This is a TESLA ready home with a charging station. During your stay you will be contributing to reduce emissions, as the townhouse is fully solar powered.

The house was beautiful , very clean, and just as the pictures showed. It had all of your basic necessities in place. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay! Owner was very responsive and we had everything we needed. Great proximity to the beach and local attractions. Would agree with other comments about beds and couches could be a bit more comfortable but this didn’t take away from the experience. Our family of 6 enjoyed the bikes, boogie boards, fishing poles, etc. left by the owner. Thank you!!

Family Vacation

Our two families enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhouse. Community was quiet and friendly. Pool area was very nice. Location was great for visiting all three local beaches of Rehoboth, Dewey and Lewes. Restaurants were excellent! I would definitely visit again!

Great community and location but house is missing something.

There were pros and cons of the property. The development, its pools and location to the beach and various attractions and restaurants were great. The cons: there were not an adequate amount of bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen towels or bath mats for our group. I contacted the owner and the issue wasn’t remedied. We ended up purchasing these items the first night we arrived. The description of the property said they would be provided otherwise we would have come prepared. We had trouble with the dishwasher but got that to work, the door seems to be soon coming off its hinges. The first floor floors left our kids feet black after a few minutes of running around on them. The one upstairs bedroom did not have any lamps in it, we needed to move a lamp from another room for it to have light. There were no laundry baskets in any of the bedrooms, hangers were limited. No hooks on the doors to hang any towels or clothes. The couches downstairs were the most uncomfortable couches we have ever sat on: very worn in and flat. Stools in the kitchen appear new but are not put together well, very wobbly. The house has great potential but is lacking on what makes a house a home. Great location, great development, new construction, just missing a few things.

We recently bought this house because we love Rehoboth Beach. We've been coming to the town since our kids were small. We are sharing our Townhome with you so treat it as your home.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The community is very friendly. We are so lucky with our neighbors which you will notice as they say hi when they pass by. This is a bike and walk friendly area. You can bike on Old Landing Road all the way to Rt. 1. Drivers are very respectful of bikers. Both community pools and gyms are walking and biking distance. The South community center has basketball and paddle courts.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The community is secluded and very peaceful and quit. People are so respectful of each other. Everything is very clean and pleasant to walk around. And yet the community is so close to the restaurants, shops and the boardwalk.
