The Sanctuary at Falling Rock

Welcome to The Sanctuary at Falling Rock. Our country farmhouse offers a peaceful getaway for families, individuals or groups. Situated amongst beautiful Missouri pastureland, our home offers three bedrooms, a sitting room and two full bathrooms. Watch sunset views from the patio or spend time around the bonfire pit. Two queen size beds, twin over double bunk and even a trundle bed, plus a futon in the sitting room, we can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. A well stocked kitchen will enable you to cook your meals or you can cook out on the grill and dine outside. We’ve included free Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, board games and books. This is the place you’ll want to head for peace and solitude, yet you may like to check out the Niangua River, just minutes away or Springfield and Branson attractions.

Connecting

We had a great time visiting my son in Buffalo I part due to this incredible farmhouse. It was picturesque and the children had such a great time playing on the land. The fire pit is perfect for s’mores though we had so much to enjoy at the home we never fit that piece in. Highly recommended if you want to get away and reconnect with people and peaceful living.

Lovely farm in the rolling hills

We fell in love with a house as soon as we saw it. It had plenty of room inside for a family of nine, and everyone was comfortable and slept well. The yard was well thought out with plenty of activities like horseshoes and a fire pit. There were also trails cut through the field with a watering hole and plenty of different plants to see. We will probably be visiting this area on a regular basis and we hope to be able to stay here again soon.

Birthday Weekend

Exceptional property! I had friends near who helped me celebrate my Birthday. The home was more space than I needed by myself, but was perfect overall. The home is tastefully decorated with everything that you need. Very comfortable couch recliners and chairs!! The home is in the country with big yard, deck and fire pit. Very peaceful with great views of rolling farmland! Plenty of trees and shade in yard. I felt very safe there by myself. Owner was quick to respond and very patient with all my questions. She is very kind. I will stay there again and I highly recommend this property !!

Great Family and Friends Getaway!

We all loved this quiet getaway! The farm was a great way to unplug, get away and to hangout with friends and family before our kids go back to school! The house is super cute and accommodating! The first day/night was perfect to explore the area and property with the picturesque country sunsets, boys got in a quick round of horseshoes and tossing the football around before it got too dark, then we all sat around the deck and enjoyed the atmosphere! The second night the lovely house was a great place to recover from a float trip down the river, we grilled, and the kids used the fire pit to roast marshmallows, then when lightning moved in, we had plenty to do with game night and a movie. I loved the views, the porch, the sunrises and the sunsets! The house was super cute and very accommodating! And it had enough to do to entertain people, but also a good mix of just relaxing and a great place of respite from the day to day busy life!! We all loved it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!
