ABOUT THE HOME: Rosemary Bluegrass is a rustic chic courtyard home in the heart of historic Rosemary Beach. The location is unbeatable being in walking distance to the beach, amenities, restaurants, and shopping. The private courtyard and pool, wood beams throughout the home, vaulted ceilings, open concept living and dining space, luxury décor, peaceful balconies to relax on, and the stunning emerald waters just steps away, evoke a West Indies Caribbean vibe right here in Rosemary Beach.

There are four large luxurious bedrooms with private bathrooms, including a bunk room on the third floor and two king rooms on the first floor, making this home perfect for a multigenerational and multi-family getaways to 30A. The kitchen, dining and living room areas provide all the comforts of home and entertaining.

ABOUT THE AREA: There are four community pools strategically located in the four corners of the neighborhood. You can also enjoy the private deeded beach exclusively for Rosemary guests. Whenever you need a break from the sun, you are within walking distance from the best shopping and dining in Rosemary Beach. Don't forget to check out the farmers market in Barrett Square every Sunday from 9am – 1pm. Rosemary Beach also has tennis and fitness facility that is open to the public for an additional fee. Rosemary Beach is an ideal haven for family relaxation and enjoyment. • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
