We loved our stay here. Check-in was easy, condo was very clean, and the ground level location of the condo was very convenient. The golf cart was great to have. We would definitely stay her again!

Perfect Location for Getaway

Loved the location. Walk out to the pool or just a few more steps and on to the beach. Property was nice and clean.

Nice rental

The unit was immaculate and ground floor access to pools and beach in a gated community. This is really about as good as it gets for a nice, relaxing beach getaway.

It had wheelchair access shower and tub. Loved that you didn’t have to wait in elevators if needed to go to the room. Would stay again in this rental.

Really nice place

Condo is clean and you have everything you could need. Steps from the beach and pools. You are right next to one of the main entrances so while we found this very convenient - if you don't want people walking by all day and night, I'd go higher up in the high rise.

Peaceful and enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed this property. The property was very close to the pool and beach access area. Also, very close to local restaurants and outlet shopping malls.Instructions sent with access codes were very specific. Just read these, and everything is explained to you. We would stay here again.

Enjoyable

We really enjoyed this property! Only issues we had was the hot water heater only lasted like 15 minutes. So we had too space out showers. The coffee pot was cracked which isn’t the owners fault probably happen during the past stay but definitely needs addressed for future guest. Convenient location easy access too the pool and parking. We left a day early due to the closing of the pool. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

This Westwinds unit is such a great location! 1st floor, 1st unit when you enter the building with gulf view and near pool and walkability directly to the beach. The unit is clean and has everything you need. We are current homeowners in Sandestin already bayside and booked this unit for our family as a landing pad beachside. It worked out perfectly. Outdoor porch overlooks gulf and cute landscaped and waterfall grounds. Thank you for making our Labor Day extra fun! **only request is provide a blanket as well as sheet and pillow for pullout couch.

Great Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Condo with easy access. It’s literally 50 steps away from the upper deck of the parking garage. No need to wait for the elevator to go to the pool, beach, golf cart or your car because this unit is on the ground floor. Condo is very clean and has everything that you will need for your stay. The bed is comfortable with good linens and pillows. The only drawback to the condo is the fact that the view of the gulf is obstructed by the palm trees. Don’t hesitate to rent this unit because it’s awesome!!!!

Stunning beaches

We have been to Destin many times. The beaches draw us here. This was our third time at Westwinds. Although adequate I would not return to this particular unit on the first floor. It is very private with vegetation outside the deck, but that eliminates all view and makes the unit dark. Also, the constant noise from the waterfalls is distracting. Despite those things this unit was clean, decently appointed, and convenient. The grounds and pool area are gorgeous and impeccably maintained. My Vacation Haven was efficient and attentive in handling our needs. We look forward to returning to Westwinds in January and February of 2018.
