The space:
Explore 2 primary suites, one on each floor. Upstairs bath boasts heated floors, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower. First floor includes "Bedroom 1," "Bathroom 1," dining room, kitchen, sunken living room, half bath, and mudroom. Glass double doors open to the porch and large yard.

Guest access:
Enjoy the entire house, excluding some closets, pantry, and attic.

The property was absolutely amazing, beautiful new home, with an awesome kitchen, great beds and backyard. Close to downtown, coffee chops and restaurants, The host was very friendly and easy to connect with. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay

I booked this house for my wife’s 40th birthday weekend with friends, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location was ideal as it was only a 10-min drive from everything. Laura was so accommodating and provided great communication throughout. I would highly recommend!

Spectacular Home, Great Neighborhood, Wonderful Stay

My family used Laura's home while in town for a wedding weekend. We couldn't be happier with our stay! Everything was top-notch. There was plenty of room and lots of areas for gathering and conversation. The beds and baths were comfy, spacious, and nicely appointed. Laura was excellent in communicating with me and was responsive whenever I had a question. She graciously followed-up when one of our family left a clothing item behind so we could retrieve it. A wonderful host! This property will be at the top of our list next time we have a Nashville family gathering. We'll be back for sure!
