Welcome to Pine Meadow Lodge located in the heart of Sunriver at the end of a cul-de-sac & close to circle 3. Here you will be only 3 minutes away by bicycle or just a 10 minute walk from the SHARC. You’ll have 8 SHARC passes for your entire stay. Some other amenities are the private 6 person hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, double sided wood burning fireplace with free wood, A/C, PS4, XBOX 360, large open space deck with BBQ and outdoor dining. There are also 4 cruiser style bicycles to enjoy.

The layout is spacious and will accommodate multiple families. As you enter, you will find two bedrooms on the main floor, each with a King size bed along with a shared full bath. As you proceed down the hall, you will be welcomed with an open, fully stocked kitchen, overlooking the dining & living rooms with a double sided stone fireplace that stretches through the vaulted ceiling. Walk into the sunken living room with three couches to easily accommodate 10 of your and family and friends. Here you will enjoy time hanging out together, playing games and watching your favorite movies and shows on the 55” 4K smart TV with Blu-ray and large selection of over 150+ DVD’s.

As you make your way upstairs, you'll be welcomed into the loft area that overlooks the dining and living rooms. This loft feature helps your family and friends still feel together while simultaneously enjoying their own space. This room offers a comfortable sleeper sofa with a smart TV and PlayStation 4 with access to many free games through PlayStation Now. You'll also find dozens of board games for the whole family.

Slightly down the hall is the double sink bathroom and shower. Proceed a little further and you're in the third bedroom with a queen bed, twin over full bunk, and sleeper sofa. This room also offers a smart TV and XBOX 360 with many video games.

Your kids and young adults will love the second floor offering a variety of ways to have fun and enjoy their time together. During the summer months, there is a window A/C unit in upstairs back bedroom, and a free-standing A/C unit in loft to cool the home.

The outdoor rear deck provides a beautiful view of what we call the Pine Meadow. Here you may see deer, beautiful Silver Gray squirrels and the occasional porcupine running about. A large gas BBQ will accommodate all your outdoor cooking needs with outdoor seating for everyone.

To top it all off, the outdoor 6 person private sunken jacuzzi will allow you compete relaxation after a fun day of skiing or exploration.

We have owned Pine Meadow Lodge since 2019. Since then we have worked alongside property managers and have had the wonderful opportunity to share our home with hundreds of guests. We felt that in order for us to provide more value to our guests, we have decided to manage our home ourselves.
