Conveniently located just two blocks from the beach and less than a mile from the heart of Bradenton Beach, featuring many restaurants and fun attractions, including Bridge St, The Fish Hole Miniature Golf, Bridge Street Clock Tower, Anna Maria Pier, and Sea Rocket Gulf Coast Parasail, this second-floor duplex offers the perfect home base for a thrilling and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends!

When you book this duplex, you have access to a heated outdoor pool that is shared with the other duplex, along with a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off the sand, a washer/dryer. As you enter, an airy open floor plan will greet you. Enjoy a sunny living area with comfy sofas and a smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained during your stay. The living area opens to a balcony overlooking the neighboring homes. When mealtime comes, prepare tasty homemade meals and snacks on the go for your family and friends. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the essentials, including a dishwasher for easy clean ups. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs - the primary bedroom enjoys an en suite bath while the guest bedroom has access to the balcony.

The duplex was clean and the host was very responsive. Great location, very close to the beach and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The decor and up keep of the property was a little dated and worn and there could have been better instructions for where the laundry and pool were. Overall this was a great place to stay though for our trip.

Host was responsive and pleasant. We arrived a bit earlier than planned and were accompanied by an early check in. Home was clean and well stocked with essentials. Pool on property was heated and clean as well. Short walk to beach. Very nice.

Had a hard time reaching the host, didn’t get a response for 3 days while we were there.The pool is not onsite, it’s at the other duplex which was a bit confusing. No instructions on where the laundry was and had to wait to hear from host to find it.The house is worth the money, just needs better instructions if communication isn’t good.

Modest, but nice

Modest accommodations but met our needs. Very clean and short walk to Bradenton beach. King bed was uncomfortable. Location is excellent; short drive to other multiple beaches.

Amazing stay, perfect location

Spent the month with our two little girls, had a fantastic time. Everything was awesome, especially LOVED the WARM pool! Even on the cooler days, we all were still able to spend time in the pool. Great layout for a family of 4, fully stocked with all essentials - we would definitely love to come back here again! Just an all around perfect trip and place to stay!

GREAT Quick Trip

We had a girls' weekend getaway and this was perfect. We had so much fun. Although not directly on the beach, it's a quick walk and worth the walk. We also appreciated a semi-private pool across the road that was shared with just a few other residents. Perfect quick trip.

Worked for Us

The condo was the perfect size for our little friend group. We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and was a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The condo does need some updating but overall it was cute and just what we needed for our short stay.

Since we flew in we weren’t able to travel with Leach assessors it would’ve been nice to have more access to the beach umbrella and chairs

Very clean

The condo was very nice and clean. Lots of natural light and close to the beach. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. The pool was hard to find and difficult to access. We didn’t use it.

short 2 block walk to beach

we enjoyed our stay and would like to book section A in the future..The king side bed was very uncomfortable.Bathrooms need a bit of updating ...kitchen lacking simple things like dish towels, can opener that works, Simple things to be fixed.As I mentioned the king bed was extremely bad and not comfortable.

The place was fine and in a good spot close to the beach. There was a lot of sand or some kind of brown powder on top of the toilet when I arrived which was strange even though the seat was wrapped in a sanitary paper wrap. The amenities list said there were no beach chairs or pool supplies onsite which we also called Vacasa and they confirmed that. So we went out and bought noodles and beach chairs only to find out on our last day that there are a bunch of chairs, umbrellas, and noodles in the laundry room onsite. My only suggestion would be to update that information for guests and maybe even add a photo of the laundry room with all the beach/pool items. That may save people some unnecessary shopping. Communication was fast and easy with Vacasa and they were fast to drop off a hairdryer to the unit, which didn't have one stocked. All in all it was a good and easy experience.

Good value in a sea of mansions

This rental is older and has been converted into multiple units with a shared pool. I did not care to use the pool as other guest left their toys and floats everywhere. It looked unclean. Was heated a little. One of the other units looks directly at the pool too so it's like being in someone else's back yard. The unit itself was sufficient and clean. Nothing fancy but a good value in a great area. The outlet behind the master bed is broken
