The apartment was very clean and cute. I couldn't find any coffee supplies, so I messaged the host, but never heard back. The bathroom sink is basically so small that it's unusable. Pro - location. Major Con - bathroom sink.

Great location for downtown and Flagler College. We parked car and walked everywhere. We visit St. Augustine quite frequently and on this visit we were here to tour Flagler College. This was the perfect location for that and an easy walk to all our favorite shops in the downtown area! We would stay here again.

a lovely time in St. Augustine

Property was as described, clean, and fully stocked. We enjoyed parking once when we arrived, and then walking everywhere the rest of our stay. Coffee in the mornings, drinks and dinner in the evenings, a wonderful location.

Really nice as shown in pics. Nice view of small saltwater lake. Wonderful area to stroll- even at night. Beautiful old homes, very historic spots, plenty (and all kinds) of good eating places - but no fast-food neon junk. Love to stay again.

Very Nice with Conditions

Beautiful updated place with charm and character in a great location for a reasonable price. Bedroom could reasonably use a small nightstand on left side (I used a stool but note there is a fee if furniture not returned to original locations at departure). Was strange to see a post reservation departure instruction for renters to have bed stripped and to start a load of towels even though there is a solid fee added for cleaning, otherwise a great place and would recommend to others. P.s. Damage insurance is offered, so If not purchasing I would recommend doing as we did - a self pre-inspection walk through and return notice to host before settling in. Again, this is a very nice place to stay in St Augustine.

Perfect getaway spot!

We really loved this property! Loved the exposed brick, beautiful tile work, and all the wall art. This is probably the best unit in the building with the view of the lake and a reserved parking spot just outside your door. And while the ramp may be a little steep for a wheelchair (I am not an expert!), it was perfect for rolling bags into the apartment that is 2-3 steps up! The management team was very responsive too! Pick this property and you will enjoy it!

Great location

The location & cleanliness of the property was perfect for us. Plenty of room for the two of us. We used the Hop on and off trolley the first day to get acquainted with the area. The next few days we walked to most locations. It’s also a short drive to the beaches, light house and Saturday’s farmer’s market. All that we suggest visiting. Our favorite restaurant was The Fish Camp which we could walk to. The Distillery & Ice house were also great. Thanks!

A lovely rental

Great neighborhood, walking distance to town. Three blocks from the Intracoastal Waterway, located on a small lake. This rental has everything you need. I highly recommend it.

Smelled like must and mold

Disappointed because as soon as you open the door you can smell a strong odor of must and mildew. The main bed could use a better mattress along with the pillows

Perfect location for exploring historic St Augustine

Having been to St Augustine before we knew how busy the historic downtown area can be and were thrilled to find this comfortable property a very short walk from numerous restaurants and historic landmarks! In a quiet street with its own parking there is no better place to stay. All amenities provided and a lovely bright sun room to relax in at the end of the day was our favourite place!

Cute VRBO in a Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this St Augustine apartment!. It had all we needed and was spacious. We really enjoyed the Sun Room (or second bedroom) with great windows and sunshine streaming through, perfect spot for our morning stretches! Location was perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants. We felt very safe walking day or night. A plus was it comes with a parking spot which is golden as parking is tough to find in st Augustine. Thank you!

Good location, wish we could have found a grocery store. Loved our stay in St Augustine.

We loved the unit, so clean and perfect for our stay. We thought it would be very helpful to have some instruction for when we checked in. It did not go smoothly. Maybe some suggestions on what to do restaurants etc. loved our stay in St Augustine, but the check out instructions seemed very rigid.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Being a 6 minute walking distance from the college and general historic district, and being so close to the lake was lovely. The apartment was well stocked, very clean except for the floors, and more than enough space for the two of us. We would definitely stay here again!

Truly an accessible home. It was wonderful.

This home was very clean and decorated so nice. My son is paralyzed from the chest down and we have a very hard time finding a truly accessible place. This place was easy to maneuver for him, it was perfect. Great location, you can walk everywhere.
