In general the stay was fine. If one had to describe this place I'd say it was Bohemian - eclectic. My only real complaint was the size of the sink in the bathroom. It was barely big enough to put two hands in it. It was elf size. We found ourselves using the kitchen sink as our bathroom sink. It was nice that the downtown was within walking distance. It is better to walk than drive down here during the Christmas holiday season.

The apartment was very clean and cute. I couldn't find any coffee supplies, so I messaged the host, but never heard back. The bathroom sink is basically so small that it's unusable. Pro - location. Major Con - bathroom sink.

a lovely time in St. Augustine

Property was as described, clean, and fully stocked. We enjoyed parking once when we arrived, and then walking everywhere the rest of our stay. Coffee in the mornings, drinks and dinner in the evenings, a wonderful location.

Really nice as shown in pics. Nice view of small saltwater lake. Wonderful area to stroll- even at night. Beautiful old homes, very historic spots, plenty (and all kinds) of good eating places - but no fast-food neon junk. Love to stay again.

Perfect location for exploring historic St Augustine

Having been to St Augustine before we knew how busy the historic downtown area can be and were thrilled to find this comfortable property a very short walk from numerous restaurants and historic landmarks! In a quiet street with its own parking there is no better place to stay. All amenities provided and a lovely bright sun room to relax in at the end of the day was our favourite place!

A lovely rental

Great neighborhood, walking distance to town. Three blocks from the Intracoastal Waterway, located on a small lake. This rental has everything you need. I highly recommend it.

Pleasant stay

Checkin instructions were clear. Property was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Being very close to the historic part of St. Augustine, I would highly recommend staying here on your upcoming visit.

Great end unit close to downtown

We had a great time being within walking distance to all the places we had planned to go. Quiet at night and beautiful when the fog set in over the lake on our last morning there. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful apartment, beautiful location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Being a 6 minute walking distance from the college and general historic district, and being so close to the lake was lovely. The apartment was well stocked, very clean except for the floors, and more than enough space for the two of us. We would definitely stay here again!

Great rental in historic building

We loved this VRBO! It's a historic building very tastefully renovated with modern touches while retaining the historic feel. The location is perfect for roaming the streets of St Augustine, just a couple of blocks from the LIghtner Museum and downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Truly an accessible home. It was wonderful.

This home was very clean and decorated so nice. My son is paralyzed from the chest down and we have a very hard time finding a truly accessible place. This place was easy to maneuver for him, it was perfect. Great location, you can walk everywhere.
