Enjoy your stay at this renovated home that sits on a 170 acre family farm. This 3 bed, 2 bath home has all the amenities you will need to enjoy a peaceful weekend or longer stay. Sit outside on the deck overlooking the woods and watch the deer and cattle grazing in the hay fields below. Wild turkeys roam the farm and just might greet you in the yard! Enjoy a hike or swim at Cummings Mills State Park just 10 minutes away. Come home and cook in the fully equipped kitchen or head 11 miles to Cookeville city center for great dining, breweries and great local shopping. Larger families will be able to spread out in the living area to watch their favorite shows or sports on the large screen TV or settle in the den to read a book or play games. Need more than 3 bedrooms? Have your extended family or guest stay at our sister property , Iris Cottage one field away! The two homes make for great family reunions or get aways!

This was our second time staying here. It's a very peaceful, very nice place to stay. Comfortable with what's needed for a family Christmas get together. We will most likely stay there again when traveling to the Cookeville area.

The location was perfect for our birthday celebration with family. The home had everything we needed ... open space, ample kitchen with all the amenities, nicely decorated, quiet setting in the country, everything worked properly, very clean, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Wonderful Stay

This home is in our top three most quiet and peaceful home we have ever stayed at. The home was immaculate, well appointed, and the master bedrooms mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable and we slept soundly. We would stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a CrossFit competition and it was so relaxing to come back to the peace and quiet in the evening. We have traveled a lot and I have to say this was the “cleanest” vacation rental I have ever stayed in! Loved the history of the family home and the prompt communication from the owner. Will definitely stay here again when we visit the area!!

Relaxing Stay

Very clean, quiet and peaceful. Little creek runs begind the house, sound of flowing water is soothing. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need.

Nicely-appointed family home in NW Putnum Co., TN. While this is a remote location in farm country, it is a great place to relax & enjoy the home & country side.

A Hidden Gem!

QC’s Quarters is truly a hidden gem! It is impeccably clean and very comfortable! It is located outside of town in a quiet, natural setting. The owner has not forgotten anything. Everything you might need is available at this home. It is quiet, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend the home to friends and family.

Lovely stay on historic farm

The home is so charming and beautifully renovated. The balance between the vintage, original items to the home, and modern are well designed. Wonderful spaces with plenty of room to relax. It feels completely private with trees and vistas out each window. Location wise, it’s a bit off the beaten path, but lovely drives to and from. There are three beds of varying hardness to softness, so you’re able to find what fits your sleeping style. It was a comfortable and lovely stay.

Spent a long weekend in Cookeville visiting a son that lives there. We were looking for something other than the normal hotel room. Found this property and it was perfect!! Room for everyone to spread out. GREAT couch for watching college football. Very close to Cummins Falls. Janet had everything spotless and ready for us. Highly recommend.
