Ocean view 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo just steps off the beach & the ocean with a POOL. Perfect vacation spot just off 35th Street in Ocean City, Maryland. Sit on your private balcony and watch the sun come up right over the Ocean! Plenty of room to sleep and a full kitchen to use in case you decide to cook in. Dining table and stools at the kitchen island. 2 free parking spots. Come vacation with us!

Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX

The Neighborhood:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great place to stay with family!

Our family booked a short stay at Summer Beach 107. This place is bigger in person and was plenty of room for a family of 6, comfortable beds and living room for relaxing. Great access to the beach and pool, views from the balcony were great also. This condo had everything we needed for our stay, and they checked in with us once we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory. We will be booking another stay at this place.

Amazing beach birthday!

The condo was sparkling clean and well stocked with everything you need. The beds were super comfy! You could see the beach and ocean from the balcony. The beach is only footsteps away. The parking was so convenient and checkin and out was very easy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This place is by far the nicest we have stayed in Ocean City.

Great stay at a great location

My daughter and I spent several days here and had a wonderful experience. The condo was clean, comfortable and well outfitted. From the porch you can watch the sunrise. It’s right on the beach so it’s just a few minutes from the second floor condo to your favorite spot in the sand. It’s also within easy walking distance to a number of great places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is ample parking with easy in/out access if you want to drive to area attractions or other restaurants.

Awesome beach trip!!

Had an awesome week staying at summer beach 107 with my family! Perfect location with beach access. Our condo was well equipped with things we did not expect (beach tent/chairs/boogy boards) Communication between the owners was prompt with our arrival. No issues or complaints, but look forward to coming back!

Great Rental

The unit was clean and stocked with all the essentials from cleaning and cooking supplies, extra toiletries, and more. The checkin and checkout process were easy and smooth. The host is very thoughtful and has great attention to detail. Extra bonuses included beach chairs and umbrella at the house, free parking, and access to the pool. The location is amazing and I highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo

Myself and 4 other family members stayed at the condo the week of 8/4/24. Beautiful condo. Fantastic location. Very clean and roomy enough for all of us (5 adults) to be comfortable. The views were amazing from the balcony and we loved that the beach was just steps away. So convenient. The host was extremely responsive to a few of our questions/concerns. Great place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Spectacular Stay

This condo has it all!! It is in an excellent location. We loved sitting out on the balcony and seeing the ocean and feeling the breeze! Just steps away each morning to the beach. The beach here is not as crowded as other areas because there are no high rise buildings nearby. We had everything we needed at the condo and it was super clean! The total package for a great beach getaway. Highly recommend! On a side note… go to Papi’s Tacos on 17th!!
