Guest access

The entire house is yours to enjoy! Covered parking is available in the carport, and two additional cars can fit in the driveway.

Other things to note

Pool heating is available for an additional $50 per day. (Recommended October through April) 2 Days notice is required to heat the pool in advance of your stay. Spa heating is included in the nightly rate.

Pool Cleaners will come by the house on Mondays and Fridays, and Landscapers will be there on Wednesdays. All service workers will let themselves into the yard via the gate and you will be notified if they will be arriving during your stay.

Rules:

Per City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following rules must be followed.

1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and show government issued Identification with picture and birthdate prior to check-in.

2. Primary renter must sign a rental agreement.

3. All guests are required to sign the Palm Springs Vacation Rental Statement of Rules and Regulations form.

4. No more than 6 total guests are allowed to occupy the home overnight with up to 4 additional guests allowed during daytime hours.

5. No more than 3 cars are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours.

6. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.

7. Strict outdoor noise policy. Amplification of sound, including music, outdoor speakers, TV’s, etc., outside of the dwelling unit is prohibited 24 hours per day and shall not be audible at the property line. Violation of this rule resulting in Vacation Rental Compliance officers being called to the property will result in immediate eviction of the guests from the property (without refund), citation, and a substantial fine.


**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
