KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There's also a cozy breakfast nook, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or tea. We also provide a starter supply of cofee, tea and some other essentials. Some of the many items we keep stocked include pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, wine glasses and drinking glasses. We also offer cups, utensils and plates for kids!

DINING:
Dine at the dining table in our open layout or dine out on the private back deck table.

We have 2 full baths & 1 half bath.
The two full baths can be found upstairs:
-The primary bedroom boasts a large ensuite with a vanity, toilet, walk-in shower and soak tub.
-The upstairs guest back is shared by the guest rooms and offers a vanity, toilet and tub/shower combo.
-The half-bath can be found downstairs off the foyer.

Enjoy the use of the complimentary starter shampoo, conditioner, body/hand soap as well as washclothes, towels and hair dryers.

This bedroom also has access to the guest ensuite equiped with a vanity, toilet and tub / shower combo and is located off the upstairs hallway.

Bedroom 4 - Downstairs Office / Guest :
This guest bedroom is located downstairs and offers a full size memory foam mattress (pull out couch in pictures was damaged and replaced with full size mattress), 32" Smart TV / Secondary Monitor combo, office desk & chair, blackout curtains, as well as a standing floor fan.

ENTERTAINMENT:
In the living room you will find a 55" 4k Smart TVs with access to Log in to any app of your choice using your personal account info. We also offer high speed wireless internet, a number of board games, puzzles and books that can be found in the living room cabinet (Fireplace does not work). Additionally, within a 5min drive, you will find several free parks: Forest Hill Park, Maymont Park and Nature Center, Powhite Park Trail and James River Park System.

LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer are provided for use as well as 3 pods and dryer sheets to help you get started.

GUEST ACCESS:
You’ll have access to the entire home, private fenced-in backyard/deck and private parking! Please make yourself at home! Easy self check-in via a smartlock.

PARKING:
Large off-street paved driveway should be able to accomodate ~3-4 vehicles.

SUPPLIES:
We do offer starters for the following items: trash bags, coffee/tea, shampoo, soap, TP, and cleaning supplies. Please know that once the starters have been used, you will be responsible for supplying any additional items you need.

*** This house is set up for a maximum of 8 people. No parties or events allowed at the property. Quiet hours from 9:00pm to 9:00am. Please respect the neighbors. ***
