Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood that feels like you're miles away from it all, but downtown Santa Barbara with its restaurants & shops, as well as beaches, great hikes and bike trails are only a few minutes drive away.

The space
Soaring ceilings and a spacious layout make this over 3000 square foot home the perfect setting for a true getaway.

The main house has 3 bedrooms, and the upper deck leads to a separate guest suite / 4th bedroom.

Main Level:
Fully equipped open kitchen and dining area opens to an upper deck. 3 bedrooms (one King, one Queen and one full sofa bed, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), laundry. All bathrooms have a shower and primary ensuite bathroom also has a tub.

Lower Level:
Large living room with ample seating for 8+ with sliders to the lower deck and garden.

Guest Suite:
Separate entrance across upper deck. One king sized bed plus ensuite bathroom.

Lower Level 2:
Accessible via spiral staircase from Primary Bedroom only - Gym area with free weights, flatscreen to attach iPhone, yoga blocks, medicine ball and more.

There are fireplaces in both the living room and the master bedroom, flat screen TVs in both the Living Rooom and the media room / 3rd bedroom with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu & Disney+ access. High speed internet throughout the house as well as Sonos speakers throughout the house.

This private home offers immense flexibility and an easy cool vibe for getting your relaxation on as soon as you arrive.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house besides locked rooms. The garage will be accessible for laundry but not parking cars. There is space for 4+ cars on the property (2-4 in driveway and 2-4 on street)

Other things to note:
Despite its proximity to downtown, this home is in nature, and we often have visits from the local deer as well as the occasional coyotes. Well behaved dogs are welcome with open arms and the back half of the property is fenced in for supervised roaming and play.

There are ample walking/hiking opportunities right out the door as well as many favorite bike routes. Easy access to Santa Barbara, Goleta & Montecito via main roads and back roads. Within 5 minutes, you can be on the beach, in the mountains or downtown!
