Due to travel constraints based on the government and TSA issues, our family did not travel and stay at this property and based on cancellation policy, there were no exceptions. Didn’t feel compassion from the host at all. Would have been great to at least have been offered something back as we were out the total cost of our stay. Booked after cancellation and knew that, but due to things out of our control, would have been nice to have received something in return in kindness. Was not asking for a full refund nor even 50%, just something. Didn’t cancel reservation because that would have allowed host to fill with another booking and after not feeling compassion, wasn’t going to give that satisfaction to the host. So they got our money without hosting a very nice and clean family, and this review to show how cut and dry they treat their customers, even when something is out of their control as well as many others during the shutdown.
