Neos 100m² apartment is just 100m from the sea, located at a central but not too busy part of Olympic Beach. It is surrounded by a spacious terrace with view to the sea and access from every room.

It is a spacious and bright space with the wide-windows wrapping the entire apartment.

Neos apartment is a simple home, suitable for families with children, couples and friends. It has two full and newly renovated bathrooms and sleeps up to seven people!

You have the entire home for your own. From there, it's less than a minute to the beach.

The apartment is spacious and functional. Sleeping arrangements are as follow:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (or one small double bed)
- Bedroom 2: one small double bed
- Living Room: one small double, one folding sofa.

The kitchen is fully equipped and you will be able to enjoy your own meals at the dining table indoors, or the private terrace. For breakfast with the sunrise, or dinner at sunset.

What you should know about Olympic Beach: it is a balanced holiday destination. The town is not too quiet, there is plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and bakeries; but also not hectic like other places around. You can relax with a bottle of wine and drink your coffee at the terrace, or hit a local restaurant and bar. Many of the guests love taking a careless walk at the stores at the pedestrian street too.

The apartment and the area is good for families and groups. The beach is marked with the 'Blue Flag' and thus fulfills requirements such as sea water quality, organization of the beach (e.g. toilets), health conditions & safety (e.g. first aid and lifeguards), and cleanliness of the coast.

The plaza is good organized and the beach has soft sand, shallow and calm water. Ultimately, the lifeguard station is at the beach were the pedestrian street leads from the apartment. Literally 1 minute walk. What else does one need, really.
