(7 Beds in total) Private master suite features streaming music, TV, tiled 2 person shower & walk-in closet. Family Style Suite in lower level with barn (privacy) door (3 Full Beds and One Queen Bed with it's own privacy door and office). Open floor plan with hard surface flooring and counter tops. Enjoy 8 televisions, Whole house wireless sound systems for streaming music. Culinary space has granite countertops, stainless appliances, dining for 6 and high-top bar seating 4. Lower level with mini kitchen, 3 televisions, 8-foot granite pool table, foosball table and retro cocktail arcade with over 1000 games. Deck with gazebo, fire table, BBQ grill and lawn chairs. Recreation (exercise) room a pro ping pong table, OLED TV, Life Fitness treadmill, Cybex 772A Arc Trainer w/E3 Console, Bowflex adjustable curling dumbbells from 5-50 lbs. and two leather couches, round card table set up with 6 chairs temperature controlled. Hidden gem!

This house has it all and everything is the top of the line!! It’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, workout, cook, catch up on movies and play. Every detail has been thought of, and the hosts are absolutely wonderful to work with. There’s plenty of room to spread out and everyone can enjoy themselves. This was our second stay here and we’ll definitely be back!

Best home away from home ever!

What a fantastic new home that has ever imaginable convenience and is set up for fun! The home is sparklingly new and decorated with the highest level of furnishings and appliances. You will feel like you've checked into a resort! There are so many areas to spread out and relax, which is perfect for families or larger groups. The beds are so comfortable, and the bathrooms have soft towels. The kitchen is set up perfectly with everything that you need to cook - including a Blackstone grill on the deck. The deck is amazing with a fireplace table, gazebo, deck chairs and party lights. I cannot even begin to describe the AV and electronics that are there for entertainment possibilities! There are tvs in almost every room and speaker systems for streaming your music. The lower level is so much fun that you'll never want to leave the house! Pool table, foosball, arcade game table and a wet bar. Each one of these has their own seating area too. The garage is nicer than most people's homes! It is dedicated to a work out room with a treadmill and stairs machine. It also has a large screen tv and comfortable reclining sofas. This is all topped off by a ping pong table! We were in town for two weeks for a horse show, and this was definitely the way to stay. After a long day outdoors it was so nice to come home and relax in this amazing and comfortable home. The owners are fantastic communicators and were ready to make this your best stay ever. We'll be back!

This is part of the Holiday Hills area on Traverse City's east side. Why Here? In our subdivision we have rolling paved roads where many walk and ride bikes with their children and have friendly dogs. Traverse City (World Renowned National Cherry Festival) is 14 minutes away (google maps). Also, the World Renowned Traverse City Horse Show is only 20 minutes away (google maps). The "miracle mile" State Park golden sand beach is just 2 miles away. The vasa trail is within bike riding distance (1 mile away). The TART trail is 2 miles away. State land and RV and snowmobile trails are a few blocks away. This truly is a great location for recreation enthusiasts and those looking for a vacation they will remember for a lifetime! We have been told by other vacation owner/hosts that this home is the best vacation home (NON waterfront) in the Traverse City area!

You will not be bored. We have a pool table, ping pong table, foosball and a retro arcade game system. We have a Lifefitness commercial treadmill, a Cybex Commercial Arch Trainer and a Bowflex curling station with bench to help keep you in tip top shape.
