The minute you walk into this beach house you see a large family area with high end furnishings. Plenty of space to have quality family time or relax and watch tv at night, Lots of dining space for everyone and a kitchen that a chef could play in!! Plenty of attention to detail in this open concept living area with a full bath on this floor as well. If additional sleeping option is needed the sofa does pullout to a queen bed. Walking upstairs you'll find two master king comfy bedrooms with ensuite baths plus 2 queen bedrooms that share a jack and jill bath. The tiled showers and fantasy granite throughout the kitchen and baths gives a luxury and tranquil feel. The bedrooms are large and give a relaxing feel that will certainly have you sleeping like a baby after a long day playing on the beach. You have a full size stackable washer and dryer at your disposal. Why be inside when you have a beach facing patio with comfortable outdoor furniture to dine on? Relax while soaking up the salt air, watch the seagulls fly over the beach and listen to the waves crash just steps from the sand. The West Side Cottage pool is centrally located and right behind this cottage so you can see whats happening from your windows. Lots of lounging chairs to get that tan started or watch the kiddos play in the pool. Your walk to the beach is an easy stroll to the public beach access at the Lagoon Pass. Here you have a public restroom and either the shallow lagoon side or beach front side to play in the surf. This cottage is one that could easily be a yearly destination for your family and friends! The carport underneath has a toy closet with beach and pool equipment which changes frequently depending on the previous guests. Chairs can get rusty in the salt air so its best to bring your own or rent. You have parking for 2 only
