Oceanview year round winterized cottage/apartment is very clean and on the second floor of the carriage house in Stanhope. Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Two outdoor decks to enjoy a nice BBQ & See the ocean! Also outside shower. Enjoy a short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches. Minutes to golf course, fresh seafood at Richards, The Finn, deep sea fishing, fine dining at Dalvay By The Sea, The Dunes Gallery, biking trails and more. Only 20 minutes from Charlottetown. The space below the cottage is storage for owners. We respect privacy and quiet time for guests to enjoy the cottage.( PEI Tourism License #2203162)

Location is perfect to access local sites, beach, nearby towns and Charlottetown.Only improvement suggestion would be to replace queen bed with a king size otherwise all is excellent.

Great place to enjoy the beaches and beauty of PEI. Clean, modern, comfortable accomodations in a nice neighborhood, with ocean views, plenty of birds, and within walking distance of the beach. Hosts were super responsive and nonintrusive. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We were very happy with our stay. The home had everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful. We didn't meet our hosts; however, Kathy was avaliable by text and was quick to reply. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

A charming spot to stay - very central location to tour the island. Close to walking trails. Very clean and well stocked with all you need for cooking or bbq. Peaceful at night- we would definitely recommend this spot. Owners give good recommendations for places to eat nearby. Fin Folk food is a definite must to try.

Very well appointed apartment for a couple. Everything you need for a relaxing stay near lots of beaches and National Park facilities. It was nice to be there in the fall; to avoid the big summer crowds. A lot of nearby restaurants are closed this time of year, but lack of traffic and people made this a great trip. We had lots of lovely walks along the beach in quite solitude. The hosts were very helpful and responsive.

What stood out the most for me was how perfect this location and this place was! Every time I thought of something it had it every time I wanted to see the ocean it was there. Every time I wanted to go someplace it was close. This VRBO was nicer than any hotel I've stayed in in or cottage or motel and I've been to pei very many times. The hosts were magnificent. They even came to clean the snow off the walk-in driveway. Absolutely! Would recommend this to anyone. Fantastic!

Wonderful cottage

We enjoyed our stay here. Very quaint and excellently stocked with all your needs!Location is perfect with a beautiful beach within a short walk.Highly recommend this area! Kathy was very kind and gracious, offering up some tips on where to eat and how to get to the beach!

The accommodations were amazing. Well beyond our expectations. We had everything we needed or wanted. The location was amazing, easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. We had a lovely view. I had the most incredible time. The location of the property couldn’t have been better. It was super clean, charming and well appointed. The beach was a 5 minute walk. The area was so quiet and it felt instantly like home. The communication with the hosts was helpful and informative. I hope to return to P.E.I. again and I will definitely book here again. Loved it!

Airy loft 10 minutes from the beach

This sweet loft is light and airy and nicely decorated. It's a 10 minute walk from the beach, with beach chairs and an umbrella provided. We enjoyed sitting on the two balconies and found it to be a good base for exploring Charlottetown and PEI National Park. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

The cottage took exceptionally care of me and my husband. The clothesline is so therapeutic to see your clothes dance in the wind. Really appreciated the deck off the bedroom. Meditating to the sounds of the beach near by, running in the PEI National Park, walks to Richard's to savour their food, bird watching, sunsets, sunrise. What a gem of cottage!

Lovely cottage

We loved our visit to PEI, and it was much improved by having a lovely little cottage to return to after our adventures. The property overlooks the beach with a nice back deck, and inside the cozy living space and kitchen kept us comfortable during our stay. I would recommend Kathy and her cottage to anyone looking to visit. We were so glad to spend a beautiful fall week on the island while enjoying the view and nice walk down to the beach.

Exceeded expectations

The location was perfect for a day on the beach or exploring Charlottetown and Cavendish. Even in the rain there was plenty to do. The cottage was immaculate and well equipped with a nice view of the water. We had a relaxing visit and would definitely return. A special thanks to Kathy for giving us some insider tips for places to eat.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay on PEI. The accommodations were clean and well appointed. I think it’s helpful to know when there are steps and the unit is on the second floor. The host made this very clear in the photos! Nice view of the water.
