Prepare yourself for numerous adventures that await you...kayaking, paddleboarding, canoeing, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, huckleberry picking, mushroom gathering. These are just some of many options open to you in this secluded one-of-a-kind location.

Leisurely walk through the meadow filled with fragrant purple Camas flowers, following in the moccasin tracks of Native Americans who called this home. At the end of your day, sit on the deck and enjoy the evening cry of the Loons.

Winter sports opportunities abound in this area, as well, such as alpine and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, sledding, ice skating and many more. McCall golf course is 10 minutes down the road and Brundage Mountain is only 30 minutes away.

Things to Note:

This is an original cabin built in 1960 - a classic! The home uses a septic system - Please conserve water by limiting shower time, turning off tap after use, and flush ONLY toilet paper.

No garage access for guests. No smoking. No events. No Drones - Subject to State and Federal fire restrictions, if imposed.

No A/C at this property. Fireplace on lowest level is NOT operational - do not use! Guests may only use the fireplace on the main floor.

This home has exterior surveillance that records motion and sound. Cameras face the home and driveways.

Absolutely no tree cutting on or near this property. Violators will be fined.

Boaters will need to buoy or anchor their watercrafts as there is no official dock at this property. There is a small fishing pier on the property - when water levels are high, guests may use this to fish or relax. When water levels are low, the pier will be completely out of the water.

Little Payette Lake's water level decreases near the end of summer, typically in August. Use caution and discretion based on water levels.

Boat Ramp is less than half a mile past the driveway to house - keep on Lick Creek Road - boat ramp will be on the right hand side.
Once irrigation season ends (mid-September) the boat ramp is no longer usable. Very small crafts (14ft or less) still have the potential to dry-launch late into the fall, but use caution as the ground is soft.

Garage and everything inside is off limits to guests - guests may ONLY access garage to place household trash in cans. Onsite caretaker will remove trash as needed.

This is a pet-friendly property pending pre-approval from DoneRight Management only. The pet fee is $25 per pet per night of the reservation. For pet approval and detailed guidelines, please contact DoneRight Management.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
