Nuestro auto diseñador alquiler de vacaciones catering ha sido recientemente renovado y encuentra su auto al lado del palacio del Belvedere, Schwarzenbergplatz y la calle Anillo en una zona muy privilegiada y segura en Viena.

Nuestro apartamento tiene un interior moderno. Cuarto de baño moderno con lavadora y prueba de sonido de Windows.

Consta de dos amplios dormitorios separados con camas supletorias de alta calidad con el mejor confort.

Cerca de nuestra casa, usted encontrará una amplia de posibilidades de compras y un acceso rápido a las tiendas de comestibles y subterráneo.

Alrededor de la esquina se encuentra la famosa calle comercial Landstrasse, Jardín Botánico y el Palacio de Belvedere.

Mani was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was very clean, sheets were fresh, bathroom was very nice. Location is perfect, there’s a convenience store, cafe, train, and tram within a minute or less. You can get to the inner city in 15 min or less.

Mani was incredibly welcoming. The apartment was clean and fairly comfortable although there are very little amenities and it is incredibly loud with no carpets and hardly any furniture. Very close to all the public transportation which was great. Only issue was that we traveled here from the US to meet a friend we hadn't seen in 4 years and were told there were absolutely no visitors allowed during any time of the day. If you don't plan on having visitors this will do the trick for a long weekend.

Regarding visitors, I’d like to clarify that the apartment is licensed for the exact number of guests booked, similar to hotel accommodations. Additional visitors are not permitted at any time, even if they are not staying overnight. This rule is clearly stated before booking and is in place out of respect for our neighbors and the building’s noise and occupancy regulations, as visitors also use the apartment and shared amenities. We understand this may not suit every type of trip, but for guests who are comfortable with these standard short-term rental rules, the apartment is a great fit. Lovely two night stay

My friend and I were traveling in Vienna for the first time and the apartment provide the perfect location for us to see the city with ease and rest comfortably at the end of the day. It was very spacious and the AirCon was a huge help for the very hot summer days. The hosts were also very communicative and helpful throughout our time.

Fantastic location and spacious apartment.

This property is very comfortable and was very easy to get to, from the airport. The apartment itself is spacious, it it very clean and comfortable. The walking distance to major sites makes it an ideal property. I will definitely be renting this apartment for my next trip to Vienna.

Fabulous stay in Landstraße!

We were thrilled with the location and the many options available for dining, easy transportation, and moderate walking to famous Vienna sights. The flat was clean and convenient, and it perfectly suited our needs. We were happy that there was air conditioning, as the weather was unusually warm. Would stay here again!

Good but spartan

The location and the roominess were fantastic. The furniture and utensils were very minimalistic e.g. no drawers to hang close. We enjoyed out stay .

Thanks for your review. Our furniture is matter of taste and they look exactly like the pictures that we have provided online the only furniture that we have changed is the two beds in the smaller room for a better comfort and a new couch-bed in the living room. In the master bedroom we have a closet cabinet to hang your close and in the smaller bedroom there is a glass closet where you can hang your close (again exactly as it is shown on the pictures online) We will also soon provide a drawers cabinet. Thanks again

great location!

This property had it all - the tram line just outside the door, near Salm Restaurant and Brewery, a couple of blocks from the botanical garden and a few steps to a grocery store. We were able to catch the tram for 2 euros to the historic center to listen to incredible music, shop great shops and eat fantastic food.The kitchen was functional and was the better stocked with dishes and pans and had a clothes washer. The host made time to go over everything with us when we checked in, which was very helpful and he even called a cab for us to catch our train.

Bright and spacious

The property had the best of old world charm and modern updates. It was clean, spacious, and the check in was very smooth. It was a straightforward walk to the city center and very close to Belvadere Palace and train station.

Nice, large space

This was a very nice, large, clean space. It was nice that the host met us there to introduce us to the property and let us in. It would have been nice to have a few more amenities and more furniture/luggage racks, lamps in the bedrooms.

Lovely place in convenient location right next to U train station (easy city trains and central railway station access). Spacious, clean, comfortable, newer fixtures. Could use more towels and linens, but we managed.

Super convenient apt for touring Vienna!

We enjoyed Mani’s apt very much. Very comfortable and convenient Tram right outside, Lidl around the corner, everything you need. Very quiet with windows closed at night. A/C appreciated on warm night. This is a wonderful base for seeing Vienna!

Great communication before arrival. Upon arrival informed that the elevator was not working. Specifically chose a property with elevator because of my wife’s mobility. Owner totally unaccountable. Said I should have checked. Claimed the elevator had only been out of service for 2 days and was supposed to be finished but a part was back ordered. The elevator was clearly in the midst of a full refurbishment/replacement. Owner was a bully. Told us to take the apartment or get out. No time to check other options. Out of fear we would complain to VRBO, made us cancel the reservation and pay full amount to him directly. Arrived at the unit the next day before 9 am (Saturday morning). More bullying. Apartment is not as advertised - one bathroom, no dryer, dishes had all been placed back in cupboard dirty, beds uncomfortable, etc. Worst experience with a short term rental host ever.

We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations and that the elevator situation caused inconvenience, especially considering your wife’s mobility needs. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests. Prior to your arrival, the building elevator was unexpectedly not operational due to a delayed replacement part. The repair had been scheduled to be completed before your check-in, but unfortunately the missing part and the weekend delayed the final work. This was outside of our control, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience it caused. Upon learning that the stairs were not suitable for you, we immediately offered two solutions: 1. a full refund should you wish to find alternative accommodation, or 2. a nearby apartment with an elevator, which you agreed to and accepted. Our intention was always to find a fair and workable solution as quickly as possible, and we believed this alternative would allow you to continue your stay comfortably. At no point was it our intention to pressure or intimidate you, and we are sorry that the situation felt stressful. Regarding the apartment amenities and cleanliness, we take these matters very seriously and will review them carefully to ensure our standards are consistently met. For transparency to future guests, the elevator is now fully repaired and operational. Thank you and best wishes.

Lovely place close to trams and trains to the city centre

We had a wonderful time, mani was so helpful befire and during the stay. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The 10pm quiet time really is a thing in Austria so between 10pm and 7am you need to be quiet and we did get asked to be quiet as we were chatting and laughing later than 10. Please consider this if you are wanting to stay in the appartment in the evenings. We had a fab stay though and it was so easy to walk outside and get a tram to the christmas markets x

Furthermore, the 3rd is home to several embassies which makes the district into a very safe one.
