Sun House - Ultimate Getaway

Sun House gets its name from the 2 skylights in the living space & the abundant natural light this 3 bed 2 bath bungalow home receives on the daily. Guests can expect to enjoy a fully equipped home for all their needs; fully supplied kitchen ready for cooking/baking, Keurig coffee machine with coffee/tea, well supplied laundry with washer/dryer, private garage, BBQ, fire-pit & fully heated pool to name a few! This stylish property is in a great neighborhood & only a 10 minute drive to the beach!

Best practice is to keep all communication within the Airbnb app! That way my co-host and I can ensure that we don't miss any communications from you. We will stay in touch with you throughout your stay and will be available to communicate with you to ensure everything is perfect. All check-in and check-out instructions will be sent to you through the Airbnb messaging platform. We will also be available to meet when needed if any issues or concerns arise!

This home is located East of Federal Highway on a quiet cul-de-sac. This is a wonderful and safe neighborhood in a great area of East Pompano Beach.
1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. Please park in the driveway or in the private garage. Not on the street!

2. No shoes inside the home.

3. No smoking inside! Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property. You will be charged for any signs of smoking inside or of there's any damage to furniture!

4. No parties or events.

5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 7 people.

6. Quiet time after 9 pm. Enjoy yourself but be respectful of the neighbors!

7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or outside.

8. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.

9. Please use the swimming pool between dawn and dusk. Swim at your own risk. All minors must be supervised by an adult.

10. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the premises, especially outside by the pool, BBQ and fire pit.

11. Pets are allowed. Please make sure they do their business on the gravel on the left side of the house (when facing the house in the backyard). Keep their paws clean!

12. Make sure to turn off the lights, set air conditioning (mode: cool, fan: auto, temp: 74 degrees), and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

13. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages to the home, personal property and furniture must be paid by guests and will be reported.

14. Any items that are taken away from the property will be billed to guests and reported (i.e. TV remotes, furniture, keys/garage remotes, adapters, accessories, supplies, etc.).

15. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
