There are 50 inch screens in the rooms and you are more than welcome to watch Netflix or Smart Cast to them as well. The queen is memory foam and king bed in front room is Simmons Beautyrest. The back yard is fenced and there is parking in the front and rear of the house. Available is a coffee maker, grinder and creamer in the fridge to make some fresh coffee in the AM. Recently added water filtration system at the kitchen sink for filtered water for cooking or drinking. Smoking is allowed outside the home.
