Margie’s Coop is a newly renovated 3‑bedroom, 3‑bath country home located on our family’s Christmas Tree Farm in Ozark, Arkansas. This peaceful retreat blends modern comfort with the charm of bygone days. Guests love the porch swings, the quiet setting, and the acres of Christmas trees right outside the door.

Everything we could possibly need and more was in the house. The outside was incredible! Games for the kids! And they loved the chickens and roosters all over the house. I spoke to the owners multiple times prior to our stay and they always answered back immediately. We had an incredible stay!!!

Absolutely perfect!

This is a great house! One level which is great for me having hip replacement surgery in two weeks. Three bedrooms though the husband and I only used two. (I also use a CPAP and the dogs sleep with me.) Very spacious and would be great even if our adult kids had gone within us! Will stay here again and recommend it to anyone. No neighbors and close enough to food and our family who live in Arkansas. Perfect rental property and the extra touches were very appreciated.

This is an awesome property to kick back and visit with family and friends the indoor and outdoor space are all clean and plenty of seating. We love being able to sit outside and play ping pong and cornhole while visiting or just hang out outside especially in the evening. Well worth it.

Great property

This was a great property with lots of great perks. Located next to an air field, don't worry about the noise. This is a great place if you want to hang on the amazing patio, sit by the pond, or inside in the spacious living room and kitchen. They have about every appliance or pot or pan you could want, and there is plenty of room for you and your family or friends. The location is great being right in the middle of many attractions for hiking or biking. Would love to come back here again!

Perfect home with room for all!

My sister, my husband and I came home for our great-niece’s HS Graduation. We loved that all the baths had walk in showers and plenty of counter space for all our stuff! Comfy beds! Lots of seating and 2 large screen TVs! Everything was clean and neat. No real driveway but that was not an issue. Loved the place amd will be back!

Wonderful Stay

The house was great for our party of 6. We felt comfortable the entire stay. The owners were so great with communication! We had some bad weather while there and our cars were safe under the large outdoor area! Loved seeing the Christmas trees growing!

Christmas Tree Farm

The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and supplied with lots of extras. I would for sure recommend this place to be a must stay. My sister and I were walking around the outside edge of the yard and discovered several Passion fruit vines one of them had fruit on it. I was so excited I love exploring outdoors.

Amazing!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home and we absolutely enjoyed every bit of it. This place is always so clean and well stocked with everything we need. I grew up on this property, and in 1990 my wife and I began our Christmas tree farm here—a place we’ve loved and cared for ever since. The Coop is named in honor of my parents. My mom, Margie, adored her home, the outdoors, and her chickens, while my dad, Frank, had a passion for motorcycles and airplanes. We created this space as a tribute to them both, and we hope you feel the same warmth and charm that made this place so special to our family.

One of the highlights of staying at Margie’s Coop is our peaceful little fishin’ pond. Just steps from the front door, you’ll find a scene that brings back the simple joys of bare feet in the grass, tree swings, and relaxing on the porch.
As a unique bonus, our property also includes a small grass‑strip airfield. From time to time, you may see private planes or ultralights taking off or landing right outside the kitchen window — a fun surprise for many of our guests.
