Upstairs completely separate living quarters from Downstairs with 2 kitchens, 2 Dining Rooms, 2 Living Rooms, 4 Fireplaces, 2 outdoor hot tubs and so much more!

Host communicated well with us. Bunk room with king size mattresses was a hit. Having 2 houses in one was useful for our family. Only thing that could have been better would be advising guest to use Apple Maps instead of Google Maps. Google takes you to a different property with similar address.

The property was exactly as depicted on the website. The house was very clean and neat. The host answered any questions that I had in a timely manner. We had a total of 16 people and we fit comfortably in the space. The driveway was really steep, but if that’s the only negative about it, that’s fine. I would recommend it to anyone looking to host a large group, and would use it again.

Awesome house

My family celebrated my dad’s 90th birthday. This was the perfect size and location for our large family to spend the weekend. Great amenities, well stocked and def met our expectations. Would recommend and will be looking to rent this one again.

It was a mess trying to get in. They want a pic of DL but you can't send pic in the app and when they tried to send email it was * out. Sent a text at 11am of my license to the phone number listing, no response til I called at 4 to check in. They said if they didn't get a pic by 4 we could check in until next day. Told her I sent it, but she said she never got. At 415 she said she got but will take 30min to update code. Had to ask to have grass cut. Weeds in back area need sprayed. Need to improve Internet, never a consistent signal. Loved the house otherwise. Had 18 ppl

The house was perfect for our family who came from SC, NC and TN. We absolutely loved all the animals. The house was clean, furnished nicely and was a perfect location. I would definitely rent it again.

Broadway family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at Bear Hollow!! I don’t know really what we were expecting, even from the pictures, but it FAR exceeded our expectations!! It is beautiful and we so enjoyed being able to be all together in one place!! We will definitely be recommending it to our other family and friends!!

Large Family Vacation

This home (2 really) easily fit our group of 22. By bringing with us 2 cots we did not need to make beds from the sofas.(always inconvenient for all guests). Location meant that driving was always necessary to get to anything but most activities were within a 20 minute drive. If you're using both levels be prepared to go outside and around the side of the house to get to the other level. But the extra level gave more room to spread out and allow more personal space for families. Really liked the bunk beds (king size) and the space for games in one room as most of the grandkids bunked there.and they were content having their own space. Our one negative observation was we all agreed there was too much taxidermy! A little unnerving to see so many racoons staring at you in everyroom!

5 Star Cabin

Just enough space ! Came for Springbreak with a party of 20! The owner was very responsive and we didn’t have any issues that were major ! We had proper linen, washer , dryer, enough dishes and pots and pans for cooking . The location is close to the Gatlinburg strip! I would suggest getting a bigger hot water heater or another one . Just like with any large house are multiple people showering the hot water goes fast .

Great Gataway!

We enjoyed our stay at Bear Hollow. There was plenty of room to relax with family and was just a short drive to the national park for hiking. Teens enjoyed the arcade and pool table and everyone enjoyed the hot tubs.

Relaxing and peaceful

This cabin was beautiful! We loved the decor and it was very clean! We were tucked back in the woods.. loved the area and the room available here. Hosts were very great and attentive!!
