For your convenience we have grilling utensils, beach chairs, portable cooler, toys, etc.. * GOLFERS ~ you will enjoy the amazing view from our balcony! There are 2 Golf Courses in Myrtlewood- Pine Hill and Palmetto. We have view of golfers putting on the 13th hole and watching drives straight down the fairway of the 14th hole. There is a driving range and clubhouse with a casual restaurant overlooking the Intra-costal Waterway. A PGA golf store is just around the corner! Our Condo is located on the 3rd/top floor with an Elevator. Being on the top floor you will find that we have Cathedral Ceilings, along with the additional Peace and Serenity as no one is above you. ** Keeping our Condo Clean and updated is our # 1 Priority for Guests**. Our house keeping service uses disinfectant with all cleanings. Towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, small soaps and a few small size essential toiletries are also provided. We provide 1 starter toilet paper roll per bathroom and 1 garbage bag as well. Beyond that guests are required to attain these items for themselves.
* A Fully Equipped Kitchen (all NEW! full size appliances, refrigerator with ice maker inside). * 2 Full Bathrooms- walk-in shower, and a bathtub/shower. ~The Primary Bedroom has a King Bed, Private Full Bathroom and Walk in Closet with a view of the Golf Course! ~The Second Bedroom has Twin beds with "Extra-long Mattress’s" for Adults or Children, Full Closet and Full Bathroom. *Hair Dryers are in both bathrooms (however beach towels are Not provided). ~Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. **All mattresses have protective coverings and are NEW and UPGRADED for comfortable sleeping!

* Full Size Washer and Dryer. Ironing Board and Iron.
*65" Flat-screen TV in Living Room and wall mounted tv's in Bedrooms. **All are Smart TV's**

*We provide Keyless Entry: Approximately 10 days (or sooner- if booked before 10 days) of arrival and a personal access code to enter into the condo along with directions to our condo.

* PLEASE NOTE: Per Magnolia Pointe Rules: Motorcycles, Scooters, Motor Homes, Buses, Jet Skis Boats, Recreational Equipment and Trailers are NOT permitted on the property. -RESPONSIBLE GUESTS ONLY~ Guests must be at least 26 yrs old to Reserve and Rent our "Home Away from Home" (our place is not a “partying” condo)!

***We are a NO-SMOKING/NO VAPING condo*** there is a ash container downstairs on 1st level.
