My home features 4 bedrooms/2.5 baths with an open theme kitchen/dining/living space.

There is a large deck, patio, and backyard with a beautiful gazebo, outdoor dining table, patio couches, fire table, and barbecue grill.

- $40 for any propane tank replacement. However, there might or might not be propane left over from previous guest. Other things to note:
This is a residential neighborhood so please only quiet enjoyment after 10 pm. The host lives onsite in the in-law (basement) and has her own private entrance

Wonderful stay and great property

The property is conveniently located and great for large groups. The home was clean and well stocked with what we needed for a comfortable stay. Check in was smooth. Excellent to have on-site parking. I would recommend and would certainly stay again if I had a large group in San Francisco.

Great location, great house, great host

We were in SF for our daughter’s wedding in the botanical gardens. Couldn’t have been a better location. Close to the park, great dining just down the street. There were 9 of us staying there. Very spacious. Great outdoor decks. The host was very accommodating and great communications. Definitely recommend

Fun with friends

Spacious and comfortable, this apartment was a great spot for bringing friends, from all over the country, together. The host is thoughtful. The beds were comfortable. Off street parking a nice plus. We parked our car and left it while we and walked or used ride shares throughout the city. The location near Golden Gate Park, has many shops and restaurants in the immediate area. One suggestion, in the second-floor shared bathroom, consider moving the shower rack to the other side of the shower, and/or replacing the rain forest shower head with a more conventional one. The water flow is nice, just felt cramped for such a spacious shower. Overall, a lovely place, would highly recommend.

Lovely home and location

Shu's place was gorgeous and in the perfect location. Only a block away from some of the best restaurants and bars in Inner Sunset and a close walk to Golden Gate Park. It was perfect for our group. :)

Beds were quite firm and we had an ant infestation but the owner was extremely responsive. The house is in an amazing location, very spacious and well maintained and we would absolutely return to this property. A very lovely house to rent!

Great spot to celebrate with family

We had a large group for my daughter's graduation from UC Berkeley and this home perfectly accommodated all of us. It was impeccably clean and had all the amenities expected at this price point. Wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor spaces but had a couple of great large meals with friends and family over the few days we were there.

Wonderful spot!

The house was awesome and in a fantastic location. So easy to walk to great restaurants, stores, coffee shops, bars and one of the best locations in Golden Gate Park. The owners were super attentive to the one issue we had and resolved it incredibly quickly and with basically no interruption. The event was for my wife's birthday and they put up a huge happy birthday sign in the dining room for her! Really can't recommend these folks and their spot more

Wonderful house to stay for a Golf Trip

6 adults stayed here for a golf trip, we had such a fun stay in this beautiful house with an excellent location. House was clean, well stocked with essentials, and even had (fairly) easy street parking. There are a couple streets with coffee, restaurants, etc not far away and access to all the golf courses was a breeze. Would def book again.

Great Well-Located San Francisco Home

This is a very nice, large, well supplied home within walking distance of the lovely San Francisco Golden Gate Park! It suited our family reunion plans for our extended family. The home is nicely decorated and has lots of beds, in large rooms. There are of course lots of stairs and one caution is that the bottom of the stairs were a bit too attractive to the toddler. It was a great stay; we had a wonderful time and throughly enjoyed the nice location too! Mrs. Shu is a wonderful host along with her helpful sons!

Great Family Holiday

Everything was great. Shu was easy to communicate with and the place was well stocked with everything we needed. Great location near restaurants, transit and the park. Plenty of room for our family, and great outdoor space too! The kids loved the games and Nintendo Switch!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The house is located in a quiet residential street. Walking score of 98. Everything is within walking distance (coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, stores). Irving Street is just one block North and has some of the most popular restaurants in the city. One of the few entrances to Golden Gate Park is just 2 blocks North on 9th Ave and Lincoln Way. SFO airport is only a 20 minute drive away. There's also a Muni bus stop on the same block, which you can take to downtown, the beach, Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, etc. UCSF Parnassus Campus is a few blocks away.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You will have access to the entire house, deck, patio, and backyard and will have your own private entrance through the front gate. You can park the car in the garage but please enter through the front gate. I will be living in the in law in the basement. I will have my own separate entrance. I try to give my guests space but will be available via message or cell for assistance.
