Gated condo community in Alamo Heights (a centrally located, upscale area of SA), in quiet area only 2 blocks from dining, shopping, bus stops, MUCH MORE. Search for Lincoln Heights and Quarry Market. For joggers or walkers, there's much open space & wide, low traffic streets. Dog run across the driveway which also presents much open sky for night time star viewing. Pool right outside the front door.
The space
A 1107 sq ft condo, ground floor, one level. Carport just outside the back patio.
Entire home for your use except bedroom walk-in closet and two lateral file cabinets will be locked. There's a 6ft x 4ft closet available for you in the master bedroom - see photo, as well the full use of the 2nd bedroom closet. The 2nd BR bed is a daybed trundle (2nd bed rolls out).
Other things to note:
One, small to medium size dog welcome for $100 extra per month. There's a doggy door for a small to medium dog, opening to the front patio with small area for dog to go.

I am a retired teacher. I continue to substitute in a nearby high school. I've lived in San Antonio 17 years and it's my favorite place to live my entire life. My children and families are nearby. I oil paint, walk my dog, spend too much time on Facebook, and read. This summer I will be traveling and my daughter and son in law will oversee your stay if you have any needs.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
I chose to move closer into the central area of the San Antonio from the Northwester suburb area of the city. I am so glad I did! I love this area. It's so easy to get around - less traffic, conducive to walking, and has a feel of being it's own little town.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
What makes my place stand out from many others on VRBO is the openness of the location of my complex. The lovely Catholic Church up on the street. It's majestically patterned after the Alamo and sits on lovely grass grounds. It and the other buildings of the campus extend the a block, a wide street with no residential housing - therefore the wide open walking or jogging space I mentioned earlier. Inside, I love the layout of my Condo - rooms are built basically in a square with easy flow from entry/office straight ahead into kitchen, left into the dining room/living room, adjoining the hallway and bedrooms, through the master bedroom, into the utility area and back to the entry/office.
