Cute carriage house that was perfectly decorated with the amenities we needed. It's incredibly close to all the downtown historic shops and restaurants. Good communication by the host.

Great spot! Very comfortable and great proximity to down and the shops. Only suggestion we have is a small curtain on the window above the door do to morning sunlight. We will definitely be looking to stay here again and the late night food truck next door is amazing!!

The place was so attractive and cozy. We loved it! Was just perfect. I do think a couple of hints on finding the place would be very helpful. We tried two map apps and they were all mixed up. Some streets change names as you cross an intersection. I get that it’s a very old area. We live where the apps don’t guide people correctly either and I’m always warning people.

Great property for souse and I and our small dog. Property was clean and close to everything in Eureka Springs. Aspen was easy to communicate with and quick to answer questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

The check in was effortless. The kitchen facilities were great and well stocked. You might want to bring some ice because the freezer is small. The tub was awesome. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi worked great. The location was really nice. We would walk up the 88 stairs to upper Spring street grab coffee and come back to the cottage, sit on the adorable patio and do the crossword puzzle. A pretty great way to start the day.

Great location! Everywhere we went was within walking distance. Cute place. Only suggestion I have is to improve the lighting a bit, inside can be pretty dark at night even with all the lights on.

Lovely Carriage House close to Everything

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this comfortable and beautiful home. A short walk leads right to downtown Eureka Springs, and it was convenient for everything we wanted to do. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was that there were quite a few things that were missed when the place was cleaned (dishes in cabinets that were still greasy or had food stuck on, crumbs on counters, etc). Otherwise, this place was very nice, and the host was great.

Location is everything. Walk everywhere in the historic area. Very cute cottage but for us it was lacking a few things. - Mattress is worn, large amount of sagging in middle and slept poor. - Mini frig does not cool well and will not make ice. - Lighting is poor, hard to see or find things. - No dresser or shelves that allow you to fully unpack. There’s a place to hang shirts but that’s pretty much it. - No Oven or grill. If you want to cook, you have to do it in a medium fry pan or microwave. Overall the place is really cute and the location is almost perfect. Not a million people walking by looking in your place but close enough to walk anywhere. With a few upgrades and fixes this would be the most affordable perfect cottage for a couple or single.

Great location. Very nice jacuzzi tub, comfortable room. A few minor things, a couple of light bulbs need replacing, the bed was not the most comfortable. Other than that, great place.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

Rainy weather was a slight problem but nothing insurmountable. The storms knocked out the cable television which was inconvenient but none of these issues were the problems of the property.

The place was nice and it a great location. The only negative was the bathtub . We are older adults and found it hard to get in and out of the tub. The refrigerator did not make ice but other than that was a great visit and wedding for our daughter .

Lighting needs improvement, very dark inside. Shower/Tub situtation was tough. Very hard to get into tub for shower...much too high. But we enjoyed the Carriage House. Location was great.
