This gated quaint place is great for families, couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers. Listing offers an open floor plan with kitchen, patio, green area and free parking. It is also close to airport, Westshore shopping and dining, easy access to beaches and Downtown Tampa.

Yes, pets are allowed. Please note as per the platform’s policies and procedures, if you have a service pet or support animal, we need a copy of the certificate and badge for review and approval in order to waive applicable fees. Otherwise, $100 pet fee for reservations 1-7 days. $15 daily pet fee for reservations 7+ days.

We have a 60-minute gracing period that allow guests to check out between 10am to 11:00am. In the event of any emergencies, please send a message requesting additional assistance or request.

For any missing, additional toiletries or maintenance requests, please send us a message on the platform or text line. Any requests received, other than emergencies, after 6:00pm, will be handled and addressed the following business day.

Parking is first come first serve, complimentary. No ticket or tag is needed on dashboard. One parking space per booking only.
