Amazing View! Luxury Beachfront Get Away - 5th Floor ~New Listing at Perdido Sun

NOTE: During peak season (March 1st through March 31st and June 1st through August 2nd) we only allow Saturday through Saturday rentals. Feel free to message us with any questions.

Parking: Parking is free for 2 vehicles for which a guest parking pass is provided for the days rented (1 vehicle onsite and the 2nd vehicle in the overflow parking offsite). Additional overflow parking is available just north of Perdido Sun (Villagio shopping center, across the street, behind the Jelly Fish Restaurant). No RV's, campers, boats or trailers are allowed in either parking lot.

We have updated the following in January 2025:
New Samsung stainless steel appliances in the kitchen (stove, dishwasher, microwave & refrigerator)
New 65" TV in living room
New 55" TV in the bedroom
New 3” privacy shutters in the bedroom
New walk-in tiled shower in the bathroom

Our little piece of paradise is the ultimate relaxing beachfront condo located DIRECTLY on beautiful Perdido Key Beach, Florida. This is a recently updated 1-bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom, 832 sq ft condo that sleeps up to 4 people. The living room highlights a 12-foot glass door/window that opens up to a 5th floor balcony with a spectacular view of the beach. It is perfect for watching the sun rise and set or catching the Blue Angels flying over the beach.

This Perdido Sun condo has recently been updated with new furnishings and decor, new stainless appliances in the kitchen and a new tiled walk-in shower in the bathroom. The kitchen has been updated and is fully stocked so you can sit back and relax at the beach.

High speed internet WiFi, cable TV, and a new 65" TV in the living room are a few more features for your comfort. We want you to enjoy your time at the beach, so we also include 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels so you won't have to bring your own.

The condo has 2 pools (an indoor pool and an outdoor pool) along with a hot tub so you can relax after a day on the beach. If you like to work out while on vacation, you also have a fitness center for your use (must be 18 to use the fitness center).

Perdido Sun is two miles from Publix grocery, CVS Pharmacy, and Winn Dixie. Walmart and Target are just 6 miles away. It is also within walking distance to several unique shops and several local restaurants.

Pensacola International Airport is just 21 miles and 30 minutes from our condo. PNS airport has daily non-stop flights to most major cities making this an east get away. Our condo is 100% NON-SMOKING. Please reach out to us with any questions. There is a $1000 fine for anyone found smoking in addition to any damages (cost to remove smell of smoke).
