If you need directions to paradise, you’ve found it! Paradise Pointe is an elegant, three-level beach house that sits directly on the white sand shores. Located in the private Destin Pointe neighborhood of Destin’s Holiday Isle, the home is perfect for a lowkey getaway. The home features multiple balconies overlooking the beach, large and sunlit interiors, and a private boardwalk that leads to the soft white sands. It has eight bedrooms and can host up to 20 guests—great for a family reunion or a fun trip with friends.

The home’s main gathering space is on the second floor, boasting incredible views of the blue-green waves through large windows. Light beach-washed flooring, white furnishings, and blue accent décor give the beach a distinct coastal vibe. The living room’s seating arrangement includes a white couch flanked by two white armchairs and two blue armchairs on either side. The setup encircles an abstract rug and a tiered drink table. It also faces a wall-mounted TV provided for entertainment. A set of four chairs and a glass-topped cocktail table make up a bonus gathering area, perfect for hanging out with your fellow vacationers. Vinyl floors extend into a large kitchen characterized by spacious quartz countertops and custom white cabinetry. The large center island is great for serving snacks, drinks, and self-serve meals. With six raised blue chairs, it’s also the perfect spot for a relaxed morning vacation breakfast. The dining area is next to the kitchen. Here, four windows overlook a wood block table, giving it a regal feel. Two dark shell chandeliers add to the vibe. The dining area can seat 10+ people, with chair and bench seats surrounding the table. If you’d rather dine outdoors while enjoying coastal breezes, head out to the second-level balcony. The balcony overlooks the water and is furnished with cushioned couches, chairs, and a café table.

The incredible primary suite is on the top floor. It boasts a king-size bed with a gray tufted headboard, white furnishings, armchairs, a wall-mounted TV, a wall of windows, and a glass door that opens onto a beachfront veranda. On the veranda is a porch swing for watching the waves while sipping refreshing cocktails. Back inside, the primary bedroom’s ensuite bath has a deep soaking tub and dual vanities.

The remaining bedrooms are spread across all three levels of the home. On the first floor, you will find two guest bedrooms, as well as a bonus den with bunks and another full-size kitchen. One of the first-floor guest bedrooms has a king-size bed, while the other has a queen-size bed with a private bath and patio access. The cozy bonus den features a plush wraparound couch, remote working desk, TV, and a twin bunk tucked beneath the stairs. Upstairs, you will find another guest bedroom alongside the great room. It has a king-size bed, ensuite with a walk-in shower, and access to a lovely patio. In addition to the primary suite on the third floor, there are also four guest bedrooms. Three have king-size beds, while the final room is a bunk room with two twin bunks.

Aside from picture-perfect accommodations, a stay at Paradise Pointe comes with other perks. First, the beach is literally at your fingertips, with a private boardwalk leading directly to the glittering shores and emerald waters. Guests receive free seasonal beach service, and have access to community amenities. These include two swimming pools a short stroll away, shuffleboard, tennis and basketball courts, and a kid’s playground.

Finally, the property is conveniently located to Destin activities and fun while still feeling private and secluded. Louisiana Lagniappe, Taste of India, and Crackings are just a few of the nearby restaurants that locals and visitors love. Another must-visit entertainment spot is HarborWalk Village, which has a variety of restaurants, specialty shops, live music, events, boat cruises, and other family-friendly fun.
