We do ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level

Reserved private parking spots available and plenty of free street parking available for additional guests

🏠House Rules
Please review and follow these house rules to help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

• No parties or events at any time, including loud music or unregistered visitors
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM — please be mindful of neighbors and community guidelines
• No smoking inside the unit or directly outside the entrance
• Furniture must remain in its original placement; rearranging is not allowed
• Respect check-in and check-out times — early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval. Comes with a small charge of $45 fee.
• Pets policy:
– Dogs only (no cats or other pets)
– Maximum weight: 50–60 lbs
– Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds
• Registered guests only — only guests on the reservation may access the property, if you will have visitors, please let us know.
• Please treat the home with care and report any issues promptly

⚠️Important Note:
Violations of the house rules, including but not limited to parties, smoking, unauthorized guests, or excessive disturbances, may result in immediate removal from the property and a fine of up to $500 per violation, as permitted by Airbnb policies.

Security Deposit:
A damage deposit of US $500 may be collected up to 14 days before arrival. This will be collected and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, assuming no policy violations. Your deposit will be refunded, subject to an inspection of the property.
