Enjoy your morning coffee with the sounds and sights of nature then venture out for a boat tour to see the Manatees and other wildlife in the the largest subtropical wilderness in North America! Take a swim in the large pool only steps from your room.

Venture out to Goodland a few minutes drive. Explore the quaint old Florida fishing town. There you will find great outdoor restaurants and live music right on the water!

Marco Island has lots to do with great restaurants and beaches that is only about 20 minutes drive.

Ready for more great restaurants, shops and bars? Naples beaches and downtown shopping is a short drive away about 30 minutes.

The unit was cute & clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location as it is close to Marco Island, downtown Naples and the Everglades. The pool is huge and the restaurant at the hotel had delicious food. We did airboat rides, beach days and hiking. It was beautiful sitting on the enclosed porch looking out at the boats. Great value for the money.

Everything was at our finger tips and the host was quick to respond. Outstanding location for outdoor activities like biking & paddling, pool, pickleball courts (paddles & balls made available by host), kitchen well equipped, waterside to allow watching Marina activities, and great bathroom shower. We plan to return!

Port of the islands is one of my favorite spots; very laid back and relaxing. Deborah's place was very cute, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

Great little condo and is in a nice spot close to all the area attractions. Very nice to be away from all the people and city of Naples or Ft Myers for some quiet relaxation. Thanks again! We’ll be sure to book again next time we visit.

Naples marina efficiency

Convenient self check in. Amenities were great. We were able to take a boat tour from the marina and access Big Cypress National Wildlife Refuge. This efficiency is perfect for a couple. It is a bit isolated about 20 minutes to grocery store and restaurants.

Great little place

The studio was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for an affordable long weekend escape to warmer weather. The location is peaceful and safe. Hiking trails and beautiful beaches are a short drive away, and the property is located in a great neighborhood to take a walk. The pool area is pretty and it was helpful to have access to a laundry room (bring some quarters.)

Great little place

The studio had everything we needed.The weather was cold our first week but the location allowed us to explore the Everglades. The boat tour from the marina was great. They were redoing to restaurant and did not heat the pool till the end of our visit. All in all it is a great studio.

We’ll be back!!

We were so pleasantly surprised!! The studio had everything we needed and was clean and cozy! We loved the porch, the access to the charcoal grills, and the fun restaurant/bar! No need to leave the premises. Loved it!

Quaint spot away from busy South Florida.

Traveling alone. This was a perfect spot to stay. Close to Marco Island if you need groceries etc. However, it’s located in a quiet marina area away from the busy parts of Florida. Clean and cute. I enjoyed coffee in the screened in lanai both mornings. Thanks for the 2 night stay :)

Great little apt, parking sucks.

Cute, clean little efficiency. No parking available outside as they have about 8 spots for 4+ apts and maybe 8 boats.

Thanks for the review but per the parking instructions on the site you can park anywhere there is open space on the entire property not just directly in front of the unit.

Everglades Access

Myself and a buddy pulled a boat down from up north and stayed at this location to access the everglades to fish for a few days. Condo had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and cool. Great location and Deborah is an amazing host. Very responsive and extremely friendly. I’d highly recommend this unit if you’re staying in the area and don’t need a ton of space.

Nicely decorated, right on the marina, it was originally a motel room belonging to the hotel, a little small for long stay, very large bathroom and shower, about 11 miles drive to get to anything, there is a restaurant in the hotel, very clean.

Secluded and Quiet

If you like quiet and secluded this is the perfect place for you! Since there wasn’t a welcome book- Deb answered all my questions in timely manner. The restaurant was closed and the washer and dryers were broken - all of which was not Deb’s fault. The listing also had a hot tub and hairdryer which we weren’t present. However the pool and shower were wonderful!

Thanks for your feedback! Sorry the restaurant and bar are in the process of management change and should reopen soon. We reported the washing machine issues to the hotel (we are not owned by the hotel but it is convenient to use their ammenties) and there is actually one that is functioning. Our ad does not advertisement a hot tub and the hair dryer is located in the bathroom in a decorative bag sorry you missed it . I wish you would have asked me as I am always available for questions or concerns. :)

A great stay!

I was in Florida visiting friends locally and this was the perfect location - not far from them in Everglades City or from Naples! The bed was very comfortable and everything I needed was in the unit.The only downside of my trip was on the last day - the checkout time was apparently wrong on the listing (it said 11am but should have been 10am) so when I went outside, the door locked behind me and thank goodness I had brought my phone so I was able to call and the door was able to be remotely unlocked. I was told this issue with the listing would be corrected!My only other comment is it would have been nice in the listing to have directions to how to get to the unit on the property. It’s not a huge property But I imagine it being a little confusing or difficult at night.Overall, the stay was great and I would definitely stay here again!

The guest never reached out to us to tell us he had any issues with our unit and we tried to reach out to him to see why he gave us this review with no response. He did not follow our house rules as left a mess with dirty dishes and garbage in the unit. Not sure what his complaint was..?
