Rule 1-
Upload a valid government ID for each person 18 and over. All guests must be invited to the booking. These must be completed by request date. Profiles must be in good standing. No profiles less than a year old. No partial registrations. Only registered guests allowed on the property. Reserving profile name must match name on credit card. Booker must be present during stay. No third party bookings. You will be asked to show your ID at check in.

Rule 2-
Free parking; only registered guests cars allowed, park on drive or behind locking gate.

Rule 3
No parties, no events, no glitter, only registered guests allowed on the property. Violations may include immediate removal and fines of up to $150 each violation. No amplification of sound 10 pm- 9 am. Please help us be good neighbors!
