PLEASE NOTE: • All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By signing you acknowledge as the booking party that you, and any guests on the reservation or approved visiting guests, agree to and will abide by our rental terms and conditions. • Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. • As of May 2025, the cleaning fee $450 is included in reservation total. • Pet fee ($125 /stay) is an additional charge • Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x) • Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent. • We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval. • Lost parking passes will incur a $75/pass replacement fee

Excellent place to stay for ladies weekend away
We stayed here for my wedding dress shopping weekend as a group of 5 and it was absolutely perfect. Amenities are great, the house is beautiful and very very well located for everything in West Hollywood! 10/10 would stay again.

This is an exceptionally lovely home. Check in was made easy by the property manager, who made sure we knew how everything worked, such as that evening’s hot tub with the family. We were also greeted by a few essentials in the fridge for morning. There is a coffee house on the corner, a nail salon, wine shop and grocery store blocks away. The neighborhood is historically preserved and tree-lined. Our daughter just loved the pool, tree house and trampoline. Thank you to our hosts for accommodating us. This is a magical house with so many charming seating areas and little touches. Perfect vacation home base!

This home is absolutely stunning and we had the best time! The pool and hot tub couldn’t be more perfect, and our whole family enjoyed spending time relaxing and swimming. The decor is unique and there are fun treasures to look at everywhere you turn. My kids loved the in-ground trampoline in the front yard too! The kitchen includes all the pots/pans and kitchen utensils you need to cook meals at home too, which we did. The location was perfect to explore Hollywood/LA and to get to Universal Studios, Santa Monica, etc. The property managers are so kind, helpful, accommodating, and responsive. I’d recommend this rental to anyone looking for an upscale, gorgeous, comfortable home to take their vacation to the next level.

Within minutes you can enjoy shopping and eateries in Hollywood, West Hollywood, the Sunset Strip, and Hollywood Boulevard. Beverly Hills, Studio City, and DTLA are a short drive and the beach cities are within an hour. Hike nearby trails and Runyon Canyon, explore Griffith Park (LA Zoo, Travel Town, Golfing, Tennis, and more), take in the sites on Hollywood Boulevard, enjoy Griffith Observatory or head over to Universal Studios for a tour & fun at the theme park. Museums, Comedy Clubs, Music, and more are close by and easily accessible.
