Indulge in the charm of our cozy 680 sqft top-floor 6-person condo, nestled amidst the stunning Lutsen Mountains at Caribou Highlands Resort. This retreat is perfect for families who adore the North Shore of Minnesota and crave adventure.

This ski-in/ski-out condo features a fully equipped kitchen and captivating views of Moose Mountain, Lake Superior, and the courtyard. The loft bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed and twin bunk beds, with a sleeper sofa on the main floor for added convenience. Additionally, the condo includes two full bathrooms, one on the main floor and the other in the loft.

After a day of exploring the North Shore, unwind in the community's indoor hot tub or pool. Explore the onsite restaurant, Moguls Grille & Taproom. Relax by the outdoor fire pits on the resort grounds and end your day listening to the crackling of the wood-burning fireplace.

This unit is individually owned and operated and is not managed by Caribou Highlands Resort. You may use all amenities at the resort; however, you DO NOT have access to the Caribou/Odyssey shuttle or Caribou/Odyssey activities.

Great place to stay on the north shore

My family really enjoyed our stay here along the north shore. The kids LOVED the pools and it was a great option after returning from outdoor adventuring all day. The location was pretty central to a lot of things we wanted to do, and overall, it was a very good experience.

Convenient and cozy for skiing

Great location for skiing. Especially once we figured out the runs. Place was clean and cozy. Cassie was great about answering any questions that came up.

Great Ski in/Ski out!

Great location, right on the bridge run at Lutsen. This condo worked well for our family of 4 and had everything we needed for a short trip of skiing and relaxing. Being connected to the pool and not having to walk outside to get to it was great on the first night as it was quite cold outside.

This is a great place to stay in Lutsen! The condo is easy to get to and so very cozy. Parking is easily accessible, and the unit is easy to find. The condo was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. Having two bathrooms was great, and it was nice to have the pull-out sofa. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the pool. The resort itself is lovely--the pools were great, the restaurant was pretty good, and the bonfires are night were fun. We'll definitely be back and would love to say at this condo again!

Perfect home base for exploring the area and hitting the slopes. Cooked every meal for 4 in the condo while taking a break from the slopes. Cozy, comfortable, great hospitality from the host. 5 stars all around.

Great place!

Place was beautiful, clean, and in a great location! Views were amazing! The owners were in touch from the beginning to the end and made sure we knew how to get in touch if anything at all came up! Information about the place, the area, directions, etc, was helpful and easy. We had zero issues and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent spot Up North

This property was perfect for our family of 3. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into how every inch of this place will get used and it is comfy too! The owner was very attentive to our needs during our stay. The condo is in a great spot - practically on the ski hill and the convenience to the pool/spa and restaurant was great!

North Shore

We enjoyed our stay here. Nicely kept clean. We enjoyed using the outdoor pool, Polish golf, bocce ball, and campfire. It is nice that they have a few different campfires to use instead of just one. Good location for many hikes. We went to Grand Portage and also spent time in Grand Marais. Nice Resort. Would stay again

2023 North Shore Getaway

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kiddos age 6 & 8). We were able to cook meals and enjoy both pools, along with drinking coffee on the balcony. Super clean, and I’m clean freak! Would highly recommend for your next getaway!

Ski Trip

Had a few friends get together for a ski trip. The condo’s location is excellent being right on the hill and the accessibility to the ski locker! The condo itself was clean, well stocked for cooking, and plenty of hot water for 5 people to shower after a cold day on the hill. Host was efficient and clear with communication. We would certainly recommend for others!

Awesome Location

This was a wonderful place to stay with my family! We could ski to both Moose and Eagle Mountain chairlifts right from the corner of the building and ski right back at the end of the day from the top of Eagle Mountain. It was easy to stop and have lunch without losing any ski time. The condo was great and had everything we needed, and Cassie was awesome about checking in on us to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The pool, hot tub and game room were perfect at the end of the day. We will definitely stay here again!

Easy ski in/out

This is a wonderful place to stay! Everything was easy: parking, entrance, ski locker. I really enjoyed having no room key, just codes on a door, that way everyone could enter anytime and not have to worry about a card or key. The pool/hot tub were great too, and a door from the pool led outside for a nice snow dip. Highly recommend for a family ski trip to Lutsen. Fast communication with host as well.

Our condo offers epic views and is a true ski-in/ski-out condo. It also provides a wide variety of on-site amenities, including an indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, on-site grille, taproom, and outdoor fire pits. There really is no other place I'd rather spend my weekend.
