The apartment is located in the IT Building Condominium and is equipped as follows:

Guest access
During your stay, you will have access to my apartment in which I like to have guests when I am not in Mexico. the unit is equipped with everything you need to have a long or short stay, the rooms are spacious and have good storage space. The internet is fast and ideal for working from home.

- Access to the public beach within a 2-minute walk and to 3 of the best beach clubs (Martina, Mandarina, and Encanto Beach)

Other things to note
I offer a self-check-in for your convenience, which means you can check in anytime after 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Apartment 102 is located in a condominium that only opens with a digital password. Instructions to open the front door via the digital lock will be sent to you prior to your arrival and our team will remain available if you need anything.

I kindly ask you to keep the place in the best possible conditions as if it were your home since it is mine. In addition, parties are not allowed in the apartment and we ask you to respect the tranquility of the other residents, especially in the afternoons.

We ask that you turn off the air conditioning and all the lights when it is not necessary inside the apartment; The apartment has an energy meter and 10KWH per day is granted free of charge, what exceeds it will be deducted from the guaranteed deposit. The cost if you exceed the daily limit is USD $0.15 / per KWH.

For monthly stays, the electricity payment will correspond from the day of your check-in until the day of your check-out.
