Feel the prevailing lake breeze and forget your worries in this Spacious and Serene House. Located on the original property of the Oakwood Hotel which was the first hotel to become native to the city of Green Lake in 1867, making it the first resort to open West of Niagara Falls. This Location was chosen for its spectacular views of the lake and the cool prevailing summer breeze that you will feel as you sit on the large screen porch enjoying and evening meal. Down town Green Lake is only a short 3 block walk to shops, restaurants, farmer market, boat and jet ski rentals, Thrasher Opera House and the many Festivals that Green Lake host, including Green Lake County Fair in the first week in every August.

Great spot for a trip with a bunch of friends. Leaves were changing on the lake and we got to spend time outside and near the lake. This place is great and well stocked with everything you'd need.

This is a beautiful home situated perfectly on the lake. The screen porch is big enough for a large group. Great kitchen. Well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time in Green Lake. Our accommodations were very comfortable for our sister gathering of 8 adults and the quaint town with the surrounding golf courses gave us plenty to do. The home is in a beautiful setting on the lake and has several outdoor gathering spaces and has a large screened porch were we spent lots of time.

This was my family’s second year staying at this home and we absolutely love it! The lake view is phenomenal, the home is super close to downtown, and the home is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The owners are very communicative, and the home is extremely clean. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Great Property

Beautiful property on Green Lake. We had a work retreat here and the team loved the place. Plenty of space, nice open living area, and plenty of bathrooms. I would stay here again.

Excellent vacation home

Home was clean and bright. Large kitchen and dining area were great for accommodating a large family. The screened-in porch overlooking the yard and lake was favored gathering area for us. Good location. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful home for a multi generational family vacation. The house was well made, updated and tastefully decorated. It had beautiful lake views and a large yard for games and gathering around a wood fire. The pier got a lot of use for fishing and boarding our rented catamaran. The location was close to downtown Green Lake which was hosting the County Fair. Fun!

Our group of 12 friends thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property. We have been renting for 20 years in many locations but all agree this was the best by far! We will be back next year!

Right on green lake 10 mins to lawsonia golf. Pool table card table bedrooms for all not one complaint.

Cannot recommend this rental more! House is as advertised. Plenty of rooms and beds for multiple sleepers. Amazing location with an easy walk or short drive to downtown Green Lake. If coming for a golf trip, easy drive to Lawsonia! Hosts were amazing and extremely responsive. The screened in patio is an awesome room for gathering and relaxing. The views of the lake can’t be beat. Will def be coming back. Absolute 10/10 rental!

Beautiful lake home!

Our group loved our stay in this beautiful home. The view of Green Lake is spectacular. The house is updated and has everything you need for a great vacation. Both Tammy, and the property manager Shelley, were very responsive. You can't go wrong with this rental!

Amazing Lake Home

We had 3 families stay at this amazing lake home and everyone was so impressed. Plenty of bedrooms and beds for all of us. Great kitchen, living rooms, bathrooms and responsive owners. Location was walking distance to restaurants and downtown. But what made this property was the screened in patio we spent a lot of time in with a breeze right off the lake. And the huge beautiful flat yard that was shaded by massive trees. I highly recommend this property and will rent it again.

The locks on the french doors did not malfunction, like many door locks on french doors that are used for exterior doors you must lift the handle to turn the lock to engage, so the bottom and top bolts get engaged to lock the door securely. I wish you had asked how to close them and I would have giving you instructions on closing them instead of you leaving them open. You are the first person I have had that didn't know how to lock doors. The Basket ball net has been damaged and is waiting for the new one to be installed, this is why we did not leave basket ball out to used. Did you bring your own balls? The basket ball hoop is not advertised to be at the house so I am unsure why you used it.

Beautiful home in a quaint and lovely town.

The home is beautiful and well laid out for a big group oh adults or larger families. There are beautiful lake views from the house and a lovely bench on the dock to enjoy the lake. The kitchen and common area are ideal for gathering a large group. The weather turned cooler but we enjoyed lovely fires and snuggled up and enjoyed the fall weather and the changing colors of the trees. We saw a few bald eagles. The town of Princeton is a must visit. Horseradish and vintage shopping. A fabulous stay.

Relaxing time at the lake!

We had an amazing time at this property. We LOVED the screened in porch! It was such a comfortable and relaxing gathering spot. The house was beautiful and comfortably fit our entire extended family. It was very well stocked with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The scenery is beautiful and the location is great- we walked to town and took long walks through the beautiful neighborhoods nearby. Not being able to dock the boat at the house was a slight inconvenience but wasn't as difficult as we anticipated. Not a deal breaker for the future. The owners were great and prompt in responding to questions.
