At the apartment you'll find everything you need to feel at home..(e.g., a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, TV, Netflix.)

The location is just perfect. Really close to all important spots in Playa del Carmen, bars and restaurants. it is only one block from the world famous Fifth Avenue and 1 blocks from the beach..
Guest access
During your stay you will have access to a beautiful Penthouse. The unit is equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay, it is spacious with good storage space. Internet is fast and ideal for working from home.

The unit has excellent amenities such as:

-pool and large garden
-private terrace
- Free off-site parking for 1 vehicle
- Access to the public beach 5 minutes walk away
-Supply stores 1 minute from the accommodation (oxxo)
-Access to 5 av where you will find multiple restaurants and bars.

Other things to note
I offer self check-in for your convenience, which means you can check in anytime after 3:00 PM. the day of your arrival. Instructions for finding the keys and entering the accommodation will be sent to you and our team will be available if you need anything.

I kindly ask you to keep the place in the best possible condition as if it was your home.

In addition, parties are not allowed at the apartment and we ask that you respect the tranquility of other residents, especially at night.

We ask that you turn off the air conditioning and all lights when you don't need them inside the apartment.

For monthly stays, the payment of the light will correspond from the day of your entry to the day of your departure.
