What’s Included in Your Stay:

• Resort provides ALL upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning. For any issues during your stay, the front desk handles maintenance and cleaning.

What to Bring:
• Toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.)
(As a timeshare guest, these are not provided.)
• Beach towels
• Laundry supplies if needed

Important Info:
• Must be 21 or older to check in
• These are timeshare units, not hotel rooms
• No pets allowed (only legitimate service animals accepted—emotional support animals are not permitted)
• No daily housekeeping service
• A $100 refundable hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in
• The resort will provide their own rules & regulations upon arrival
• You are NOT required to attend a timeshare presentation—feel free to politely decline if asked!

Amenities Notice:
While the resort offers great amenities, we can’t guarantee they’ll be available during your stay. The resort may temporarily close features (like the pool, hot tub, or gym) for maintenance or repairs when needed.
