This home has an open, luxurious, and in-nature feeling. Impeccable designer touches throughout the condo. The double doors in the living room area open to a wide and spacious screened balcony that faces west surrounded by the long-leaf pines of Washington State Forest. Great way to enjoy the Gulf breeze, sunsets, and wildlife. Our floor plan is open-concept with split bedrooms. The King bedroom is separated from both the Queen and Bunk rooms for extra privacy.

The elegantly designed living area has plenty of seating options including fun poofs for the kids located under the coffee table and tv console. There is a large 55 inch TV with complimentary access to Netflix, DisneyPlus, YoutubeTV, HBOmax, and AppleTV for a fun movie-night.

Our chef's kitchen has gorgeous quartzite countertops and matching back splash with brass fixtures, professional series stainless appliances, and a fridge that has two icemakers and a wine chiller. Enjoy the hand-made farmhouse table for group dinners and game night with Visual Comfort Pendant lighting. We have provided some of our favorite games like Jenga, Monopoly, Clue, Chutes and Ladders, and a few others.

Each bedroom is well-appointed and luxurious. The King Bedroom has Serena and Lily Décor with luxury bedding, artwork, 55 inch television, large closet, quiet ceiling fan, and an en-suite marble bathroom with double vanity and separate tub and shower. The Queen bedroom has a large closet, black-out shades, artwork, quiet ceiling fan, and 40 inch television. The Bunk Room has individual lighting and charging stations for each bunk, a cool barn door, black-out shades, and a 35 inch TV with parental controls set to G and PG. There is also a white-noise Dohm machine in the Bunk Room and storage shelves for suitcases. The hall bathroom has a shower-tub combo, single vanity, and Toto toilet with quartzite counters and brass fixtures.

Kid essentials:
Pack 'n Play sheets are NOT provided. Please bring your own pack 'n play sheets. The Playard also has an attachable changing station and bassinette. There is a small adaptable potty seat for the kiddos, step stools for the sinks, high chair and kids' dishes for meals.

Guest Access:
The entire Beach Condo is yours to enjoy. There are two small closets and cabinet book shelves in King Bedroom that are locked and not for guest use. There is ample closet space through out condo and plenty of storage for guest use.

The Neighborhood:
We are located a short 10 minute walk to the beach access at the end of our road. There is a Tom Thumb on the way to pick up ice, snacks, and beverages. Another beach access called Santa Clara is located just east of the condo on 30A and has ramp access with parking. Cafe 30A restaurant is located just next door to the Tom Thumb and bicycle rentals are just east of our condo on 30A. Pick up delicious boiled shrimp from Goatfeathers around the corner, enjoy great pizza at Brozinni's, or head to Old Florida Fish House in Seagrove for outdoor dining and dueling pianos. We are located in one of the best areas of Seagrove.

Getting Around:
This is a gated condo with a code required. Parking is free. Golf carts and bicycles are very popular modes of transportation in Seagrove. There are electric golf cart charging stations and bike racks located on the property. 4 Bikes are included from March 1-October 31. Street legal golf carts are allowed in Seagrove. There is a very nice bike trail all along 30A from Dune Allen to Rosemary. Street legal golf carts can be rented and delivered to the condo parking lot before your arrival. There are many options online, a few include: 30A Cart Rentals, South Walton Golf Cart Rentals, 30A Bike Rentals, and Peddlers 30A.

Other Things to Note:
4 Bikes are included with stay at no additional charge. A rental agreement/waiver with bike company must be signed before code will be given to unlock bikes.
